“Kristin did an amazing job for our son’s baptism! She made the best cake pops! They tasted so good and were so beautifully presented. Everyone loved them!! The sugar cookies were also really good and very well made! We can’t wait for our next event to work with her again for future parties and gatherings, her work is excellent and highly recommended!!“

“Besides their delicious cakes this store has AMAZING customer service. We ordered a cake to be delivered to a co worker, in the notes I asked IF the delivery person was comfortable they could sing her happy birthday. My co worker called me that morning and said the woman who delivered the cakes did just that, sang her happy birthday on her front step!! Since we weren't able to celebrate together because of quarantine this was such a sweet gesture. Will definitely order from them again and can't recommend them enough! :)“

3.2.2026: Went back to try the Dubai cake. Delicious BUT it NEEDS more filling for sure!

3.1.2026: The banana pudding cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! It tasted exactly like a Nilla banana pudding without any artificial aftertaste! Based on the pictures online, I thought it would be more of a pound cake but it wasn’t. Still delicious! Loved it! Overall a nice experience at the store today; friendly staff and quick service!“

“This is 4 stars so they know they need to get rid of online ordering lol they are so overwhelmed just making online orders... Then people are showing up to pick up and they weren't ready... Everyone in line just had to stand here... One lady spent the entire 30 minutes I was in line making one person's order. Definitely shut off online ordering during peak summer hours.. Ya killing ya employees and losing money for everyone that walked out.“

“Matt was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience so much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great customer service and making sure everyone leaves happy. The ice cream was delicious, but Matt definitely made the visit memorable! Cold Stone is lucky to have him! My boyfriend is a sea level executive at a major tech company. He told me he would hire him in two seconds. He takes care of my religious orders every single night of 4 pints of ice cream perfectly always he needs a he deserves a raise and promotion ASAP and I’m not kidding.
