“They serve smoothies, acai bowls and small meal items like salads and sandwiches. Got a couple of smoothies here and they were fantastic! Everything is a bit pricey though. $11 for a smoothie.
Lovely view of the mountains to the south from their seating area.“

“Cute. Quick. Water station! Mocha coffee was great. It’s right next to the gondola and has a fire pit outside. The inside is a cafe disguised as a ski shop. Pretty innovative experience. Also attracts cute doggies!!! Only downside is it’s pretty crowded but that’s when you knows it’s good. Definitely would come back. “

“We appreciate the ready-made grab-and-go sandwiches. We got their egg and sausage sandwich, they also had ham and egg croissants. We also got a blueberry muffin which was excellent and cheese and strawberry croissant. There were lots of other items to grab and Go including yogurt, fruit cups, other cold sandwiches as well as warm pre-made hamburgers.
Lots of other grab-and-go items including trail mix, granola bars and drinks.“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. And the servers are the best!! ❤️❤️❤️“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar in downtown Aspen is a true gem! I had the pleasure of trying their salmone and ricotta toast, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The toast was perfectly crisp, providing a delightful base for the rich, creamy ricotta that paired beautifully with the beautifully smoked salmon.
Every element of the dish was thoughtfully crafted, and the fresh herbs added a burst of flavor that elevated it even further. The ambiance of the coffee bar is charming and welcoming, making it an ideal spot to relax and savor a delicious meal.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting Aspen, don’t miss the chance to indulge in this fantastic dish at Sant Ambroeus. It’s a brunch experience that you won't soon forget!“

“Fancy Fancy.
First time in Aspen and we need to kill some time in the morning so we popped in for a Chai and coffee and ended up trying breakfast.
The Avo Toast is superb !!! Probably the most artisan toast I’ve ever had.
Staff was friendly. Even the hotel bathroom was fancy.“

“Gorsuch did such a beautiful job with this new ski cafe. Located at the base of the Viewline hotel, you can buy coffee, smoothies, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches as well as skis, boots, and clothes. They also have ski lockers and equipment tuning across the way. This establishment is a very nice addition to the Snowmass Mall area. The smoothie was great!“
