“Being Catholic, we appreciated Brass offering a trout dish and scallop special on a Friday in Lent.

We started out with a Whipped Feta & Bruschetta ($15), Blistered Shishito Peppers ($14), and Swiss Fondue Mac & Cheese ($16) starters. Next time we would just order the bruschetta and 2 Mac & Cheeses - it was amazing!

Our party of 10 ordered 7 Pan Seared Rocky Mountain Trout ($36) and 3 other dishes. Best trout we have ever had! Avoid the Scallops Special. It was $55, 4 scallops, and chewy.

Our waitress Claire, who had 4 other large tables HUSTLED! She also gave great recommendations.“

I recommend it to those around me whenever I fly back into Hayden. I always feel like I’m coming home for a meal. The muffins are amazing too. The service (Trinity) and food, despite being so late was absolutely incredible. Great service but punt that girl at the front. If you need to close before your advertised hours then do it.“

“I just received an order of muffins and brownies and it arrived quickly and everything looks delicious. I have already had a chocolate cherry muffin and it was amazing. It is by far the best muffin I’ve had in a very long time. I can’t wait to try all of the other flavors and the wonderful looking brownies. I highly recommend them.“

“What a beautiful little place! I could not wait to go there one morning for a good coffee and a small breakfast. Oddly, they do not open until 8 AM? Seems pretty late for a ski community?
Also, really wish I could’ve had a coffee in a regular mug of some sort and not paper? Otherwise, burritos and coffee, açaí bowl were really fabulous. Employees are very nice -Seemed very happy to have us there! Highly recommend.“

“The portion of food is very sufficient compared with other stores outside at the same price. The clerk was also very friendly. I hesitated for a long time when I ordered, but the clerk still waited patiently. They were also very patient with my child and would pay special attention not to hurt him. Finally, the taste of their food is really good. I have try at least 20 Chinese food and sushi restaurants, and they can rank in the top three in my mind.“
