“We can't stop talking about how great this place is... the atmosphere, the salad (Avocado Nori), the meal (Mushroom Fest), and the dessert (Raw Berry Tart), the drinks (Liquid Gold non-alc and Scotty's Yacht Club) were perfect. For real.

They were a great choice for dairy and gluten-free needs, and we wish they were in our hometown so we could eat there all the time. We did get a reservation for a Sunday night. Truly a special place.“

“My girl and I had Cacio Pepe - very small portion for price + order of poached shrimp on the side. Shrimp were huge & fantastic with cocktail sauce & lemon mmm. Great though. Noodles were perfect al dente. Beef tartare with aioli made with tuna belly & capers- topped with quail egg = Incredible!!! Hamachi yellowtail crudo was so fresh, buttery, & 10 of 10. Drank Jamaican rum cocktail- very interesting. Sat at the bar. Good experience & will be back! Made dinner reservations. Needed!“

“The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.“

We order bloody Mary's (with DELICIOUS housemade pickles) the cheese steak, the cubano special and the turkey sandwich. Everything was fabulous, and Joanna the bartender was a delight. “Laid back spot in Telluride. Fun atmosphere. A lot of kids, so if you are looking for "adult" this isn't it. But Charlie (one of the owners) tells a great story and works the room, and all the deserts and hand made by Floradora, so it is a local treat.“

Blue cheese burger was the best I've ever had; big chunks of super nice blue cheese with a perfectly buttered and grilled bun and juicy mushrooms. Truffle fries were perfect. Freaking great. “Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad. The owner, David & his wife Diana, went above & beyond & we had one of the best experiences ever at a restaurant. I highly recommend Caravan!!“

“In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again“

“We had a wonderful anniversary experience. Our server Carolina was exceptional. Besides great service she also took some pictures of us with the beautiful mountains in the background. The food and wine were excellent. Plan on going back for our next trip.“
