“Excellent brewery with wonderful staff to chat with. They certainly have something on tap for everyone including multiple NA options in cans. The outdoor seating was well shaded and clean but I really enjoyed the vibe inside. Very chill and laid back atmosphere where you can come as you are and enjoy some good brews.“

“The environment, the decor, the vibes, the COFFEE 😩, and of course, the beer, are all so amazing at Alley Brews!! The little alley way brewery feels like your friends decked out garage, and everyone that works there feels like your friends. They are so kind and personable, it makes me want to be there all the time. Definitely stop by alley brews for a coffee or a beer, they’re delicious, but really if you just want to go to a place that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! 🙌“
“We are big fans of this brewery. Last Friday we held my husband’s 39th birthday party for our friends at their location. They saved us two lovely tables in their covered patio and we were able to bring in a box of donuts for the party. Our friends were very accommodated by the brewery and we ended up having a great time. Plenty of space for all the kiddos to run around and play have fun environment. Great drinks, and some food available. Highly recommend for a fun and easy event to bring all the people together.“

“If you care about Belgian-style beer, Bruz is the best place in Colorado. Les Incompetents is a standout — layered, balanced, and the kind of beer that makes you slow down and pay attention instead of just drinking it—and reminds me of French dishes. The barrel-aged quad is the other one to chase: rich, warming, and complex without ever getting cloying. Both are worth going out of your way for.
The people are just as good as the beer. Kristin was clearly slammed the last time I was in and still managed to be gracious and on top of everything — no small feat. She and Carl (and the other staff, I would list them but I don’t. Know their names 😅 Yea) were also the ones who filled me in on the 10th anniversary, which I would have completely missed otherwise. That kind of hospitality is what turns a good taproom into a regular haunt.
I’ve been coming here often enough to say this with confidence: I have never had a bad food truck at Bruz. Not once. Whoever’s booking them deserves praise.

“In the neighborhood and looking for a craft brewery. Tried a flight to start. Not a bad one in the taster. Personal faves were the hazy IPA, Amber and coffee stout. Saw a customer with a pink beverage that looked so festive for New Year’s Eve. Gave the cherry sour a chance. Best sour ever. Not so acidic that I couldn’t finish it. Perfectly balanced. And lends itself beautifully to the hint of cherry. And I did say it was pretty, right? Another plus, the most dog friendly brewery ever!!!“

“Nice folks with good beer in the heart of Downtown Denver. Food menu is limited but sandwiches are on-point. The BLT I had hit the spot. Great selection of local beers as well as other treats such as pickle shots and amaro on-tap. Bartenders are friendly and there is usually a small but interesting crowd during the day.“

“The staff is very nice and I didn't have to wait long at all for a beverage. The location also isn't too hard to get to (I biked from city park). The inside and outside have ample space. I also tried a majority of their menu and very much enjoyed every beer that I ordered. I will definitely be returning.“
“We popped in for a beer and Dawn was awesome!! She turned me onto their boozy slushes....youza! The lemon was hard not to chug, it was so refreshing and yummy. The beer here is great too, it's just fun to have a new goodie to drink as well.

“One of the best breweries in Colorado is right here in Lafayette. Wonderful variety of Belgian style ales as well as crisp lagers. Cozy atmosphere inside, large patio, great staff.“
“Thanks to horrible I-70 traffic, I accidentally found Wanderment Brewing — and what a discovery. Tucked away in an industrial area, this nano-brewery is run by owner/head brewer John Flaherty & his wife Melanie, who greeted us dressed as a Samurai Warrior (yes, really).
The space may look dark and desolate at first, but the vibe is welcoming with rock and metal playing low in the background. John makes you feel like family as he walks you through his beers, each crafted with precision and balance. Only 9 taps, but every pour is excellent — especially his Saisons and hoppy Double/Triple Dry-Hopped creations.
This is a hidden gem in Denver and one of the best brewery experiences I’ve had in Colorado. If you’re local or just visiting, do yourself a favor and stop by.

“Great location with a variety of beers for everyone! I love hazy IPAs and was a little disappointed there was only 1 on the menu, maybe that’s all theyre brewing right now but seems like they have one of each type of beer! The HAAAZY was more on the hoppy side and less citrusy. Typical prices, I’d say on the cheaper end.
