“We shared a fabulous Valentines Day meal at the Sunset Bar in Trinidad last evening. The food was quite amazing. We had the Osso Bucco that was tender with an delicious sauce and saffron rice as our entree. The homemade vanilla ice cream and chocolate heart cake was an explosion of pure flavor. What a memorable evening. We even met the chef who explained all of the delicious spices and flavors. We will definitely be back!”

He mentioned collies bakery was really good. I decided to give a look. I saw several gluten free items had to get for my wife. Including gluten free cheese cake. .my wife was in heaven!!
Then I looked further and had to have cinnamon buns. Sticky rolls. almond cousants, coconut macaroons with chocolate base, blue berry scones
All made from scratch the best ingredients
All I can say you need to come to Trinidad CO just for Collies Bakery off on Commerce and Main.”

“I have been visiting this drive-thru coffee shop for months now, and I have to say, their iced honey latte is nothing short of perfection! The balance of creamy milk, rich espresso, and just the right amount of honey creates a delightful flavor that’s both refreshing and energizing. The baristas are friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Plus, the convenience of drive-thru service is a huge plus for my busy mornings. “A great local place serving fantastic breakfast options. We were welcomed by all the staff and several customers already seated. Two full pages of breakfast options. Servings sizes are large. Pancakes as big as the plate from batter handmade by Tony from his grandma’s recipe. Tony also comes out and checks in on all of his customers and clearly knows his regulars. He’ll also bus the tables and do what’s needed. The atmosphere is simple and the food was delicious. Highly recommend a stop for breakfast!”
