“We were at Snowygrass bluegrass festival last weekend. Miami food truck was there. We had the dumplings in peanut sauce which amazing! Tristan, Joe and Sarah were so much fun to interact with. Tristan bought plants at our booth.“

“I decided to stop in and give their breakfast burrito. The burrito was definitely made fresh but in my mind pretty expensive. Yes I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but it just seemed lacking. Still going to give this place a shot for lunch as there is always a crowd. But $10 bucks for a breakfast burrito and bag of chips seems excessive. Located currently on the corner of College and Hickory and has been there for awhile so I don’t think they are planning on moving anytime soon“

“Good tacos but expensive burritos. We went two weeks in a row and four tacos ended up at $14 which is reasonable. Last time a ham quesadilla and two burritos came in at $38.25. Unfortunately I can only recommend the tacos for the cost.“

“My personal favorite food truck. There are a lot of Mexican food trucks on north college and I’ve had most of them over the years, but this is the one I keep coming back to simply for their carne Asada tacos and burritos. Their birria is also quite nice. Very friendly staff and food comes out decently fast every time. I WILL BE BACK“

“Best BBQ ever! Always fantastic food, no matter what you order. Great service, Les and Brandi went out of their way to accommodate orders for me when ordering for school staff. They just catered another event for me and everyone was raving about how good it was. We feel so lucky to have them serving Wellington.“
