“I came in to cancel an order because I made a mistake. After speaking with the manager, we had a misunderstanding. I acted rudely and he responded calmly and with kindness. I soon realized the misunderstanding was more of my fault than his. I apologized for my rudness, he accepted it and extended his hand to shake mine. Anyone who keeps there cool in a somewhat hostile situation deserves to be commended, especially when it was not their fault. I would definitely return to this location, solely on that fact. “So let me say, Joey, the manager at this particular Noodles & Co is one of the BEST. I don’t come to Noodles & Co all the time and when I do, I very rarely encounter a problem. Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. “The most delicious pho broth in North Metro. In the last 6+ months, my Vietnamese friend and I have been taste testing pho in various locations and Pho Saigon is by far the best. It is very fragrant, flavorful, and served very hot. The broth is clear, as it should be, and has an exceptional balance of flavors. The staff is very attentive, and refilled drinks several times without needing to ask. Hopefully we will eventually try more menu items, but we will definitely be returning for the pho. My friend is a pho aficionado and from a family of Vietnamese chefs. They've had Pho in Vietnam, homemade pho, and have tried many restaurants in and around Denver, and cannot stop raving about this broth. Delicious, and absolutely worth a try.“

“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! “As soon as we walked in we were greeted and even though our table was not ready the host escorted us to the bar. At the bar we had a wonderful interaction with the bartender Drew. I mentioned that it was my partners birthday and he came back with Sake Bombs! so fun. The food was incredible, our favorite thing was the Tuna Temaki, it was simply divine. I loved this place; we will be going back again. The only thing I will mention is they do apply a 20% Surcharge on your bill, but it is not technically the tip, I had never seen that before.“

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

“I had a wonderful experience at Saigon Bowl-Thornton! I ordered a kids’ drink and a bowl of Pho, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, fresh, and authentic.

The restaurant itself is very clean and well-kept, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay longer.

“Lovely first experience at Jennie Pho - we were seated immediately and the service was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We enjoyed the food very much. The pho broth was delicious and we especially loved the rare steak and tendon. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and plentiful. On certain days of the week, they have some really amazing deals that we hope we can partake in the future. We also had the pork vermicelli noodle bowl and the pork was tender, great char, and good lemongrass flavor. We were so pleased to get a free kids meal as well - lemongrass chicken over a side of rice that was served immediately with our spring rolls. This was especially great service because toddlers are extremely impatient for food! They know their customer well. We will come back soon. Thank you for the great meal!“

“I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

“Atmosphere is great! Service was excellent! Not loud like most big restaurants. Food was absolutely amazing! Not overly expensive. Make their dumplings fresh. Steak tenderloin and peppers was very good. Outdoor seating area is nice when it is warm. The winter pirk wonton soup is great. I have also never been disappointed with the seasonal vegetables (green beans, broccoli, bok choy). They serve soup dumplings ever so often and totally worth trying if they are available. They have an upstairs that you can reserve for parties as well. I have never been disappointed by anything I get here.“

Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It was excellent and actually a lot more spice than I would have expected, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the food was very good. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.“

“This place is my new go-to Denver restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and its not overpriced like every other restaurant in the area. I tried their black garlic ramen bowl and it was so much better than i expected it to be. I didnt take any photos but the photos you see from other reviews are accurate. I cannot imagine what a huge disservice it must be for this local spot to be stuck next to a chopstickers. 100% must try if your looking for something in the rino area!“

“Got this order delivered. The Tom Kha soup was good but the portion was not very Large even after paying an extra $7 for the Pot size. They did not charge for a side of steamed rice to go with it which was nice. The yellow curry was great tons of chicken and a wonderful flavor. The crispy egg rolls were my favorite cooked crispy and not too greasy. I was disappointed with the Mango sticky rice because it didn't have much flavor even in the mango and the portion was very small. Overall the food was okay but good for the price.“
