“I came in to cancel an order because I made a mistake. After speaking with the manager, we had a misunderstanding. I acted rudely and he responded calmly and with kindness. I soon realized the misunderstanding was more of my fault than his. I apologized for my rudness, he accepted it and extended his hand to shake mine. Anyone who keeps there cool in a somewhat hostile situation deserves to be commended, especially when it was not their fault. I would definitely return to this location, solely on that fact. “So let me say, Joey, the manager at this particular Noodles & Co is one of the BEST. I don’t come to Noodles & Co all the time and when I do, I very rarely encounter a problem. Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. “Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! “Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

“Stopped in for a small snack with my husband to tide us over to dinner while we were in Denver. We had the "water fried" vegan bao, which is a bit more like a dumpling than what I usually think of as bao, but it was tasty and really hit the spot. The location is small, but tidy, and since we were there in the afternoon but before the dinner rush, it was relatively quiet. There was outdoor seating that would presumably be nice in warmer weather, but we stayed indoors because it was cold. Their restroom floor is slightly scary in that it looks a bit unstable and cracked, and it definitely showing some wear and tear, but was otherwise fine. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. If I had more time, I would have liked to stop by at some point to try their vegan Dan Dan Noodles, but we didn't end up having a ton of wiggle room on our trip--maybe next time!“

“Lovely first experience at Jennie Pho - we were seated immediately and the service was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We enjoyed the food very much. The pho broth was delicious and we especially loved the rare steak and tendon. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and plentiful. On certain days of the week, they have some really amazing deals that we hope we can partake in the future. We also had the pork vermicelli noodle bowl and the pork was tender, great char, and good lemongrass flavor. We were so pleased to get a free kids meal as well - lemongrass chicken over a side of rice that was served immediately with our spring rolls. This was especially great service because toddlers are extremely impatient for food! They know their customer well. We will come back soon. Thank you for the great meal!“

Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.“

I have gone to eat many times to eat at place within an hour of closing where service was rushed, Busaba was evenly handed and still created a memorable experience with grand food.“

“Got this order delivered. The Tom Kha soup was good but the portion was not very Large even after paying an extra $7 for the Pot size. They did not charge for a side of steamed rice to go with it which was nice. The yellow curry was great tons of chicken and a wonderful flavor. The crispy egg rolls were my favorite cooked crispy and not too greasy. I was disappointed with the Mango sticky rice because it didn't have much flavor even in the mango and the portion was very small. Overall the food was okay but good for the price.“

“My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
