Good food, excellent customer service, very clean, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
This was my first time here, and I came with some friends to eat and study. Michelle, the manager, was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made us feel really comfortable, and because of her great service, Panera will definitely become one of my favorite places.
Went through drive thru, did not get reward points because system would not let me in.
