What a beautiful patio! Good vibes and good food.
The fried chicken was excellent! Members of our party also tried the steak frites and meatloaf which they also indicated was excellent. We sampled several deserts and they were all delicious, the green tea one was our fav . ZOE was an excellent server.... We loved her!
Dining at silver sage is always a delight! It is a hidden gem in Eagle Co at Red Sky and the view is spectacular! The pork chop is a large portion and seasoned perfectly. The short rib appetizer is tender and filling. The beet salad is enough for two or more. The strawberry shortcake was a combination of marscapone, biscuit, and fresh strawberries. I look forward to visiting soon.
