“Dining at silver sage is always a delight! It is a hidden gem in Eagle Co at Red Sky and the view is spectacular! The pork chop is a large portion and seasoned perfectly. The short rib appetizer is tender and filling. The beet salad is enough for two or more. The strawberry shortcake was a combination of marscapone, biscuit, and fresh strawberries. I look forward to visiting soon.”

“Excellent meal at Juniper last night. Scallop appetizer was excellent as was the Halibut. Had a glass of California bubbly that was as good as most champagnes I've had. Nice wine list but only had a glass as I was solo. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice patio out front but not quite patio weather. Will be back next time through Edwards!”

They offer many options that can be difficult to find in other stores. The store is well stocked, and the selection is one of its best features. Prices are a little higher compared to other places, but the variety and convenience make it a good option.”

“They came to Skijoring and we were amazed! Got the Chicago dog and fries, and the dog was on point- perfect Chicago dog, perfect toppings, excellent bun. The dog snapped! The fries were an unexpected treat-slightly crispy and seasoned so well I didn't even want ketchup, which is not my usual choice! I really hope to get a chance to sample more of their menu in future.”

“That is the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time. I don't know how they make their crust, but it is absolutely delicious. The sauce isn't too sweet or too anything and they use the perfect amount. I wanted to keep eating the pizza even though I was full. The staff was friendly as well. I am so confused about why this place was empty at lunch on a Saturday.”

“Outstanding local bakery! Our family of five was stuck in Edwards east of Vail Pass during a snowstorm on Monday and while looking for a place to wait out the storm we discovered Panaderia Azteca. Walking through the door we stepped into heaven. So many wonderful smells filling the air, beautiful multicolored pastries everywhere, and behind the counter the owner working his craft beside a giant pile of sweet dough. We were mesmerized watching him skillfully transform small balls of dough into beautiful works of art. He shared with us the story of his parents passing on and his journey to honor them through his baking. To say his food is made with love would be understating things. We tried many different pastries and breads, all of which brought huge smiles to our children’s faces. I recommend this spot to anyone. This unplanned pit stop became a highlight of our trip.”

The food was exceptional—some of the best short ribs, octopus, and gnocchi we've had, which is saying something because those are dishes we order pretty much anytime we see them on a menu. The service was just as memorable as the food. Tim and Jeff were amazing and made the entire evening feel special without ever feeling overdone. Everyone genuinely went out of their way to make our anniversary memorable, and the level of service throughout the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch was top notch. If you're visiting, we highly recommend making a full day of it with time at the spa followed by dinner at Wyld. Between the incredible food, thoughtful service, and the way the staff takes care of you, it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. We'll absolutely be back.”
