“The best ice cream that comes out of Ct that you may or may not have heard of only because you may see the delivery truck around town and see it offered at some restaurants but you can't walk into the grocery store and buy it . I believe you can purchase it if you goto the factory on pepes farm road in milford but again it will be in bulk they only do big events or deal directly with restaurants . I highly recommend adding it to your ice cream bucket list . It's so creamy and fresh and they make a couple of staples but are always switching it up seasonally“

“Went here unexpectedly for breakfast. I had the avocado toast. The portion was plenty for one person. The balance was great of all the ingredients. Plan on taking your food and eating it somewhere else as seating is limited. We happened to grab a barstool facing the water which was nice. Would recommend! My husband grew up in the area, this was my first time.The decor super cute with a working model train going around on the track.No one was yet at the ice cream counter but a nice girl / women came over right away we had no wait.Our order was two sundaes. My sundae was coffee carmel expresso with peanut sauce, whipped cream, cherry, and chocolate sprinkles. The 2nd sundae my husband's usual the classic vanilla ice cream with hot fudge, whipped cream, and crushed oreos.One thing I noticed about Billy's that was done differently which I enjoyed our chosen sauces were through out our sundaes. Several places I have been to for ice cream the sauce is either just on top of the ice cream or over the whipped cream. Good technique Billy's.“
“Love this place. I go almost everyday for coffee in the morning. On occasion I bring the kids in for some treats, whether it’s the creamery or a cinnamon roll from the cafe. Gaetane, Keyre and the entire cafe staff are always so welcoming and have my coffee order ready before I even walk in the door! Highly recommend!“

“Dip top is your standard ice cream place, walk in, get ice cream, and go outside to enjoy it! The service is delectable not to mention their wide range of flavors, soft serve, dip, and many flavors of hard ice cream that if I were to list I would still be writing tomorrow! As there is no seating inside, you really have to depend on the weather to have a good vibe while enjoying your ice cream, but nevertheless they have very nice benches outside on their own private little lawn, with a generous amount of garbage cans you'll hands with never get drenched in melted ice cream if you do dare to throw away the delicacy that is dip top ice cream!“
