“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“Just started coming here not too long ago and have not been disappointed! The bagels are delicious and always fresh. We call ahead and have our order ready within 10 minutes. The donuts are delicious, my favorite right now being the Oreo one. The staff is very friendly, we were attended to by a lady who was very friendly and courteous. With 2 coffees, 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwich bagels, and 3 donuts… the total cost was about $32. She even threw in an extra donut 🩷. All staff members have been very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this place.“

“I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! Thanks Dunkin on Albany Tnpk :) the little things in life that make and dont break good moments are meant to be shared and rejoiced.“

“Very polite when asked a question very professional answer food ready on time the manager running the shift is very understandable and very kind she manages her crew with a good attitude and respect I say this because the crew is not the problem people are when they argue with the crew of this location this Wendy's shouldn't be getting any bad reviews this crew deserves a raise and a party they aren't the problem costumers are the problem always trying to make somebody's day bad I give them five stars on how they handle these situation like I said before theanager running the shift is awesome she can understand better than costumers to the manager that serve me today thank you keep up the good work“

“Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I'd definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.“

“Love this early morning crew! Kyle and Shannon know my drink when I pull up to order, and it's never screwed up. Any other time of day it's always made wrong. Too little ice, extra milk. Sugar cakes to the bottom. I may sound picky but it's not that hard and we all deserve to have our coffee made the way we like.
I always ask to melt the sugar and every other place gives me attitude but not these guys!! and they are always so kind to me at the window. Please give tips when you can it's what they live off of!“

“This is for the Dunkin’ Donuts at 255 Farmington ave in Hartford. This is a drive through worth driving to and driving through. I like the mid day crew and always stop in that time frame . Friendly glad to wait on you today service . This shoukd be a model store for the Dunkin chain . The food is good the coffee is awesome and the wait is never unreasonable. “This place is organized but when a customer wave comes in it can be frustrating . Keep in mind this is a busy intersection and getting in and out of this location is easy. I came here in the midst of a customer wave and the manager was courteous but kept the line directed and moving at the same time. For a quick in and out for coffee or a short respite with coffee and bagel , this is a good place to try.“

“The customer service are good. I asked for a pumpkin donut but are out it. Then request a glazed donuts. When I open my order, I realized I was given two glazed donuts. I didn’t expect it but it show fairness and respect for customer is awesome.“

But the team member asked when I needed it and immediately offered to try to source one from another location.
