“Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“

“This place by far is the best burger joint in the Valley. Easily. My favorite is the cutlet sandwich, my mother in law swears by the fried seafood platter, my husband loves the bacon cheeseburgers. We all love the chili dogs and their fries. If you’re a morning person, their bacon egg and cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Plus, Pricila and Sam are so incredibly nice. Highly recommend.“

Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“I did stop coming here for quite a while, but the Ham and Swiss demanded a return. I'm glad we gave Arby's another shot yesterday evening. It was such a different experience! The food came out hot and just what we ordered, and the place was clean and upbeat. The biggest highlight was the service. The staff was personable and very friendly. Everyone was polite and professional. That energy seemed to transfer onto the guests and everyone seemed to be having an enjoyable dinner. Hats off to that crew!“

“This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.“

“Today was our first time in a Shake Shack Restaurant. Ordering was a quick process and our food was ready within a good 10 minutes or so? I ordered the Smoke Shack Double with French Fries and a 50/50 Lemonade/Iced Tea. My fiancé ordered a 6 piece of Chicken Bites….Hot, Juicy and Delicious. “Highly Recommend!!! Use these guys and thank me later Dwayne has helped us with two different plumbing issues. The first was swapping out drain to our tub out when I broke the cross trying to do it myself and the second was installing a new water spigot in our backyard. They did an excellent job with both situations. He gave us a fair up front price, showed up on time, did the job in a timely manner, and made appropriate recommendations to ensure quality parts were used. We will definitely be giving Two Brothers a call in the future with in other plumbing needs!“

I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! I was disgusted by the way I was treated by them..I went to subway instead…and I was NOT disappointed! AND I caught the sandwich of the day!“
