“3/20 - Placed an online order of 3 FL Grinders for a group & we must share, best grinders we have ever enjoyed from Subways. The grinders were made with love & passion. I regret not taking a picture of the one I had. My Beast Grinder belonged on the cover of a magazine. I called to say thank you to the young lady who prepared our order to perfection and can only hope that your employer appreciates what a dedicated employee they have and compensate you for the amazing experience you provided to our family. They switched to new gloves without asking and when they accidentally touched regular bread they made a whole new panini without even asking. They also wrap the panini in tin foil before pressing. Every time I stop in, the staff has been polite and focused on getting orders done correctly. I have seen them wash their hands and keep the prep area clean, and the store has always looked neat when I visit.

As for food availability, it is a busy location and sometimes certain meats or items run out later in the evening, which is pretty normal for a place that stays busy. The sandwiches I have ordered have been fresh and well made. They are exactly what I expect from Subway.

Service has been quick during my visits, even when there is a line. The employees seem to be doing their best with what they have, and I have always been greeted in a friendly way. “I haven't been to Blimpie in a very long time. They basically disappeared over the years. But I'm at sure glad I stopped in today.
The young man working was very polite. He made some great suggestions when I asked him what he recommended. He said the Italian sub wouldn't disappoint, and he wasn't lying! He sliced the meats fresh for my sandwich (what sub chain does that!?!). And the price point is where it's at! This is a hidden gem. Forget the other sub shops, go out of your way to come here instead!

“I wanted a steak and cheese and they were out of steak at 1:10PM, this was upsetting, I settled on a turkey and cheese sandwich and customized it how I wanted, this was nice, but for over $13 it was a very basic sandwich. Overall good experience, they have a self service kiosk which I like because you can customize everything and decide what you want in real time. If you are flying out of BDL there really aren’t many options for food, so it’s good this is at least decent!“

They welcomed me no waiting my sandwich was made just the way I ordered it. The young girl was kind and payed attention and got it just right. After mentioning how tired I was from my trip the 3 employees including the girl busy filling the cooler listened to my moaning and groaning and they just lifted my spirits.
