“I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.“
“I always use my mobile app to order. I like racking up the points and being able to order just how I like to. The staff is always very friendly and gets my order ready for my arrival time. Never any issues.
Parking: Small parking lot that can be very difficult to get in and out of. I highly recommend going through the drive through at this location.
Kid-friendliness: They have a small area for seating and I have seen people having breakfast with their kids there. They keep the establishment clean and bright.“
“Late(ish) night life saver - 6.5hrs into a 9hr trip. The 5ubw@y was \\\"closed\\\", so we walked 3 feet to DD. Greeted and treated happily by one of the nicest young ladies anywhere. One of the most pleasant attitudes I've ever come across, which is why such a simple transaction was memorable. My grumpy buddy and I enjoyed our late(ish) night breakfast and continued down the road.“
