From the friendly staff whom immediacy greeted us upon arrival to tbe owner who made a special trip outdoors after personally cooking our crepes in the kitchen. We tried their chicken pesto crepe w/ tomato and spinach- absolutely delicious ! And also the salmon, cream cheese, tomato, caper, red onion crepe. Yum! We also sampled their lattes both hot and cold brew and a marvelous bacon cheddar biscuit warmed up and buttered ! They have sweet crepes as well and many non- crepe options. This Cafe will not disappoint! A beautiful menu with many selections of fresh, health conscious choices as well as some slightly more indulgent pasterie options! The biggest problem is deciding which special to try. I seldom make it to the “ regular “ menu…I’ve traveled to 45 states and 35 countries and Claire’s is in my top 10 worldwide…seriously.“

“This is by far some of the best desserts I have had! 5-star desserts. Everything about the items were thorough and well executed. The Vietnamese coffee is the best I have had. Had to order two! They have a very organized system so wait time is short. There is a little bit of sitting inside and lots outside. Definitely recommend this place! Worth it!“

“I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“

I had my event catered this year by Cafe George By Paula and they did an EXCELLENT job. The breakfast and the buffet lunch were fantastic and Paula's team provided excellent service without ever disrupting any of the day's activities. I cannot recommend them highly enough!“

“Stopped by here on a whim as I was driving through. I got the black bean burger, which was incredible (built my own with a bun, cheddar, and some avocado). It was well made and crispy on the edges. Very flavorful. The French fries were awesome too - seasoned well. They tasted almost like curly fries, but better.
Staff was welcoming. Food came out within 5 minutes.

“The best Grilled Chicken “Panino” I have ever had!! Flavors were delicious. A light sandwich that didn’t make you feel like a load after you ate it. The bread was soft and fluffy.
