“Great new brewery in town. I didn’t know Transcend existed until I stumbled upon it on a web search. The space is really cool. Came here on my Bday and they have beers like IPA’s, lagers, and fruit beers. Would be a great spot for a party rental (there’s an additional large room for that). I didn't try their food but I hear good things about their pizza, wings, and sandwiches. Also family friendly with a kids menu and some games to use. Outdoor patio too. Recommended.“

We had been toCCB about a year ago and had been wanting to get back. It is friendly, cozy, and has great beers! Joy began with Orangey Sky, a Kolsch Style Ale, and ended with The Shire, a Chocolate Stout. I had When U Wish, an Irish Red Ale, followed by RAMber, a Roasted Amber Ale. “Purchased Lasting Brass's Campville Rauchbier Style Smoked Amber Lager and brought it to friends in Berlin Germany. Their review: "...liked the smoked one...makes you want to go the US and sit on a veranda and watch the sunset". When a German endorses your beer, you know it's good!“

“Amazing beers, but I wish they would make more double ipa hazies and maybe some triples. The one thing that went downhill when they moved is experimentation. They don't experiment nearly as much as they did in Hamden. Also the main floor needs some activities, there's not much to do. The upstairs has some games but it's always rented out. Can you guys get a pool table or something?“
