“Today the Slice Mob rolled in hungry, loud, and ready to work. Fifteen deep, four new faces, and we basically packed the place. Exactly how it should be.
The vibe at Fuoco hits immediately. Warm, energetic, and unmistakably pizza-first. The coal-fired oven is the heartbeat of the room. You can feel it. You can smell it. And when those pies start coming out, you know you’re in the right place.
George was outstanding. An amazing host who handled us taking over his dining room like a pro. Every pizza came out dialed in. No panic. No shortcuts. Just confidence and consistency.
I went with The Rustica- meatball, sausage, mushrooms, and roasted peppers. Absolute home run.
• Thin crust with a light char that adds just the right smoky edge
• Sauce was balanced and flavorful without stealing the show
• Meatball and sausage brought richness and depth
• Roasted peppers tied everything together beautifully
This is a pizza that knows exactly what it’s trying to be, and it executes.
Fuoco is constantly ranked among the best in the state, and for good reason. But what really stands out is that despite all the success, George remains completely down to earth. He came out, hung with us, chatted, and made us feel like regulars.

“Three of us here btwn lunch and dinner hours last Sat & everything was great. Tasty food, inviting atmosphere, friendly service (despite being briskly busy), fairly priced. One of us had falafel hummus mediterranean wrap w fries (12), another a a falafel gyro pita sandwich (18) and third same as first minus fries (8). We also got warm pita and hummus before entrees. We'll return.“

“I live in Alabama and grew up in Georgia and cannot really remember a time before Chick-fil-A. It’s one of our favorite stops especially on long trips when we need the familiarity and the kindness. This location met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the kind and professional service. Great food as always. If we are up this way again, we will plan to stop in!“

“Excellent food.. great gluten free options! Placed an order for takeout today and received a surprise dessert! Little do you know, I ordered this meal for my mom who spent the entire day in the hospital with my grandma. Seeing this little extra treat after a very busy weekend just reminded me of why I love this restaurant. Thank you for being so good to your patrons. “There's a good amount of parking in their lot that runs alongside the Farmington Trail. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is comfortable, with a diner atmosphere in a well maintained and clean restaurant. The food is very good with reasonable sized servings at good prices. Definitely will be back!“

“I just had a terrible experience at the new Brazilian place and it made me wish I had just come here instead. Then I realized I’ve been here a few times with the fam and never left a review!
Every dish I’ve ordered has been tasty, portions are awesome. Love the yuca fries. Their feijoada isn’t always available (I think they only make a certain amount each day, I forget), but always ask for it just in case, it’s SO good! Service is always fast and friendly (and chatty especially with my mom, but then my Portuguese is getting rusty 🫣).“

“Had state street for the first time today after a hockey game. It was super busy but they quickly got us seated nonetheless. The food was SO GOOD. Well worth the price! The siracha maple syrup is FANTASTIC.“

“We got the vegan combo grilled wrap with roasted red peppers and without the special veggie mix, but we asked for some on the side when we went in to pick it up. (I’m not a fan of green peppers, and my husband can’t eat raw onions, so this way we could pick and choose. Turns out the green peppers were perfectly fine! They must have mellowed while marinating.). We chose the whole wheat wrap. It had a nice nutty flavor to it.
The “carpaccio” and/or “prosciutto” was quite nice! It was way more tender than most other vegan deli slices I’ve had. (Apparently they import it from Italy). The flavors were excellent!
We waited a few hours before eating it, since we got it for a later lunch as soon as they opened at 10:00 and kept it in a cooler. It was a little soggy in places, but still quite tasty. I definitely recommend it.

“It's a very basic sitting arrangement with little to no decor but the food is ok. The Mac and cheese is not that great but the Japanese udon fried noodles are good. They do have a rewards program so a free drink or cookie comes with your first purchase.“

My husband and I enjoyed Happy Hour at the bar, where the bartender, Tay, welcomed us with exceptional hospitality. The ambiance, DJ and delicious food made it the perfect restaurant/lounge for our anniversary dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant and lounge to anyone seeking a fantastic time!“
