We had a 35th birthday party at Caius last night. Fire in the Kitchen food truck was our meal. It was amazing! All our guests raved about how good the pizza was, fresh tasty, timely. The chef team was super friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things. Highly Recommended.
Tried them when they were setup at a local apartment complex.It was a bit discombobulated at first, but the pizza came out on time and was perfectly fired. Taste was awesome. Definitely recommend if you get the chance to try them out.
Tried their pizza at a winery and was blown away by how good it was. We had the Hitchhiker and Mom’s pizzas and loved them both. Hope to see them somewhere nearby again!

They offer many different flavors than typical pizza places, with specific pizzas like the Hitchhiker, Mom’s, and the favorite Lemon Boy mentioned. The chef team is super friendly, accommodating, and a lot of fun, providing excellent service. They are highly recommended for catering private parties and large events, where the food is often the highlight. Their creativity and thinking outside the box blending flavors makes them stand above the rest.
