I recently visited Subway and had a great experience! The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive. “Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.“

“I had a morning appointments with my Doc at UCONN Health. I decided to go 'fasting' (not having eaten) to make the blood-work more informative. I also decided to to stop in the nearby Subway and get a 12 inch veggie sub to share with my spouse - her lunch, my brunch. The service was friendly, thorough and delightful. I got the veggies I wanted on a toasted whole grain. It was perfect. I'll be going back.“

“This place is better than the subway on Boston post Road, the employees are decent in my experience and who i believe to be the manager of this subway can be cool from time to time and hooks me up with extra in my sandwiches without charging extra. I mainly order online, pick and leave and havn't had an issue with this place yet and unlike the other subway place i mentioned for the most part this subway place pays more attention to online orders.“

“Staff was great, the store was clean and I especially appreciated the outdoor seating in the shade. We are traveling home from our vacation and our dog was able to sit with us and we all ate together. We usually have to have someone stay outside while the rest of us go in to eat. Nice location and good job guys!“

“Owner is a great guy I had ordered online but it didn't go through he said leave my information he would look into it and fix the situation for me very helpful and the staff that day were great as well bit they definitely do some things they're not suppose to because 1 mentioned the owner was walking in and the other started fixing things like the case were the food goes and they other lady had said do it before he comes in and says something 😀 but still a wonderful experience
