“As far as food, yes this is 100% BK. As far as service, this BK is a disaster. There's minimal staff resulting in turtle-like service both at the drive-thru as well as inside, which is unfortunate. Posted is the picture of a completely empty counter with everyone in the back - it was like this for 5 minutes. This is why the drive thru is a very long wait. Do yourself a favor, there's a great pizza place across the street, Lou's deli another 100 yards down the road, and a McDonald's after that.“

“My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant was clean from the table and seats to the bathrooms. It's very cute they have a small area for customers to snap photos! The food could be better made, but it's a chain business, so I wasn't expecting gourmet. If you want a quick breakfast, this is your spot!“

“First time having Shake Shack and it exceeded my expectations. We had it delivered through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly which I was surprised since it was Friday night. I pass this location everyday and have never stopped. It’s across from the Danbury Mall. The fries were ok. The burger was greasy and delicious, just what I needed that night. Onion rings were also good. Very crispy.“

“I say yes and no to recommendations. I recommend only the burgers. Don't order the chicken sandwich. Today we tried chicken sandwiches. Big disappointment. Menu picture looked great. Nice chunk of chicken on a fluffy roll. What we got resembled a chicken cracker on a smashed roll with a smear of mayonnaise and 3 slivers of pickle. I've been there 3 times now and the staff messed up orders all three times. Not just mine, but other customers as well. Although the will do their best to rectify the mistakes.“

It's inside a building, in the basement, and what I liked most was the vibe of the place. Simple with a sandwich on the impeccable bagel, not to mention the excellent service they provided to us. “My family stopped by and get some things to eat. We did a drive through, it was very pleasant and corporative. We did not get our straws at the same time but we went back and got them. It was very convenient to use, the cashier was very pleasant. Prices wasn't bad.“
