“Wonderful dinner experience last evening. The food is delicious and although the place was packed, we never felt rushed to finish. Instead, we were thanked multiple times for visiting and the entire staff was warm and friendly. We will be back!“

“Normally, Antonio's is very dark and there is a murmur of people talking. The night we went was much more quiet and the ambiance was a bit brighter than normal. I think there was only 1 waiter working, so the manager waited on us. He was a bit of a close talker, but he did a good job. I would have preferred if he didn't talk so closely to my face. Our food was very good - with 2 exceptions. Our fried burrata appetizer was cold and my branzino entree had zero flavor. There was no seasoning at all! I never ask for salt, but I needed it. It was also pretty cold in the restaurant. We will definitely be back, but maybe will get different food options next time.“

My friends and I cycle all over Stamford, New Canaan, Pound Ridge, Darien, and more …and about half the time they insist that we stop at “mother‘s” (as they call it) before we head to our respective homes. We always get rolls with egg, cheese, broccoli rabe, and bacon …and pancakes …and coffee and it’s definitely heaven.

“Atmosphere lively and loud! Almost too loud at the bar but thatś ok ... Food really good - the fresh pasta very nice. Bucatini Short Rib w/mushroom sauce - bangin!! Same with the Fettuccine Bolgnese - bangin!! Margarita pizza very good but the crust isn´t the authentic not a lotta bubbles on the edges more bready type of crust but still very good. The service if friendly and very attentive.“
