“One of the best meals I’ve had, cooked to perfection. The homemade pasta and sauce was delicious. So many other delicious dishes on the menu to try. Waitstaff were very pleasant and Sonia and family made us feel welcome. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!“

Was there with some friends of mine and their daughter who's back from school for a long weekend. No pictures of food, you know what your food looks like. Probably 50% cheaper than some of the restaurants a little further down the Post Rd in Fairfield Center that I drove by. I never feel rushed at your place. “Everything about Quattro Pazzi is simply great. I’ll start with the service which is excellent; not intrusive while remaining attentive. Always there at the right time. Let’s just get right to the food. Our appetizers were fantastic. We had clams. We had a great Caesar salad and the eggplant appetizer was delicious. The eggplant appetizer introduced us to the red sauce, at least one of them, which was well balanced, just light enough with wonderful flavor. What could matter more than the red sauce in an Italian restaurant? I ordered the sole and it was absolutely delicious the broccoli rob in a light garlic and oil was spot on. Everybody gobbled up their dishes and best of all we were celebrating my mothers birthday. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you QP.“

“Catering Party @ Sally’s Apizza Fairfield On Saturday September 13, 2025, we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food, service and staff were phenomenal. We all know how great the pizza is, but the appetizers and salads were equally great. I can’t say enough about the wonderful servers, Dan and Brandon. There were efficient, kind, friendly and polite. They went out of their way to insure everyone was having a great time. The bartenders and other staff went a long way to help make everyone enjoy the party. I also want to thank the General Manager, James Layfield and the Catering Manager, Helen Blanchard for their exceptional service and hospitality. “I love this pizza! It's something between a New Haven style and New York style pizza - thin but not so thin, with a decent amount of crust on it. Becca d is dead wrong on her review, with respect to her. This pizza was perfectly cheesy, saucy, and delicious. Crust was solid, and it held its own. We got a large pepperoni and a small commuter pizza (which is a white pizza w/ chicken and sundried tomatoes). Boy, was that commuter pizza good! They are very efficient - had our pizzas hot and ready in twenty minutes. We will continue to order from Nauti.“
