“This restaurant has so many options to choose from and they have collaborations with brands that really draw in more customers. I love boba so much already and I like to try the new collections, like Strawberry Shortcake! I even got a free set of strawberry scented stickers. Definitely visit here if you are in New Haven!“

“VIVI’S made my sister’s wedding party much more memorable!

My sister LOVES to drink some good ol’ fashion bubble tea that she decided to get a bulk order for her wedding party! As soon as word got out, everyone (mainly our cousins) got HYPED UP. There were even those that had it for the first time and got hooked! Everyone loved it, from simple Classic Black Milk Tea to Jasmine Milk Tea with White Pearls or Lychee Jelly! Of course for such a large order, we got a keep it simple, though admittedly I decided to grab a couple dairy-free options for those who can’t handle the power of milk. Thank you Vivi’s for supporting us on this special project and we’ll certainly be back just to have a relaxing “bubbly” time“

“The lady at the register gave me an excellent recommendation of the 50% matcha and 50% Vietnamese coffee with cheese foam on top. Delicious!! Also, my son had the banana fosters milk, which they told me the paste is homemade and the rum cooks out for flavoring. I sipped his and it was also delicious! We came here on another day and tried their seasonal mango cream. That drink was delectable! A must-try!!“

“I've been here a few times and each time I leave happy. The drinks I order always have a good amount of tapioca pearls. It's also nice that you can adjust the sweetness and type of milk. The drinks are made quickly even with the large crowd that was in there at the time I was there. I ordered the Thai tea with tapioca pearls, oat milk, 30% sugar and it was delicious!“

“I came in about 30 minutes before closing, and I honestly felt a little bad because the two ladies working there were eating when we arrived. We ended up staying for around 40 minutes, so we were about 10 minutes past closing by the time we left, but they were still very kind and welcoming.

The atmosphere is really cute and cozy, and it seems like a great spot to eat with a few friends. The food was amazing, especially for the price. For about $14 you can barely get a full meal at McDonald’s, and even then you don’t feel great after eating it. Here, the ramen was super flavorful, filling, and left me feeling satisfied.

I’m not sure why some reviews mentioned customer service issues because my experience was great. Even though we came close to closing time, the staff still gave us plenty of attention and even made some small talk. Overall it was a really good experience and I would definitely come back.“

“Great mom and pop poke, sushi, boba, teriyaki and more! Food is consistently good and they have a great variety of items to choose from. We always get ours to-go, but the restaurant has a decent amount of inside tables to eat that are clean. Nice cool air conditioning for a hot day. They also have tables outside. Our go-to spot for poke in Hamden.“

“Haven’t been to the restaurant yet, just placed an online order for delivery. I ordered the tofu noodles, scallion pancakes, and Thai iced tea. And WOW it was delicious. I live in New Haven and get Thai food fairly often but it’s not often I am this impressed. The scallion pancakes alone are easily the best I’ve ever had. Just so rich and flavorful. And the tofu in the soup was perfectly tender, with the soup having a nice spicy flavor to it but also not too intense. I’m hoping to head to the actual restaurant now after such a delicious meal. Highly recommend!“

“Came here for the first time and honestly loved it. I do not remember our server’s name but he was amazing and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great and had a really fun and comfortable vibe.

The bun appetizers were an awesome way to start. The pork belly bun was easily the best one. I also tried the Korean fried chicken bun with gochujang, daikon carrots, and kewpie, but it did not come close to the pork belly. The pork belly with hoisin, pickled daikon carrots, and kewpie was incredible.

The red oil dumplings were awesome. I loved the sauce and the garnishes. It leaned a little more on the vinegar side but in a way I really enjoyed.

The ramen Tonkotsu 3.0 was very tasty with a lot of depth in the broth.

The pho was more of a southern style pho, slightly sweeter, but you can really taste how long the broth has been simmering. I love tendon and tripe and while they only had tripe available to add, it was still very good.

Overall the food, service, and atmosphere were all on point. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.“
