“We enjoyed our meal. While there we observed David dealing with a customer. An item was missing from the customer's order. The customer started to get rude and obnoxious with David. David acted in a very professional manner. He returned with the omitted food item to the table, and apologized to the customer. Kudos to this young man.“

“Great location, neat appearance, and wonderful staff! The restrooms are well kept and clean. Only thing to note: the hand dryer is too high for kids or someone in a wheelchair to reach easily… all the water will run down their arms because they are reaching up.“

“This is always my favorite Dunkin’. Iced coffee is always on point. Yesterday (Sunday) there was a really long drive through line and i didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes from the back of the line to driving away. They’re also always so cheery. Best Dunkin’ in the area for sure!“

“Go to Jacob's coffee house that are meetings AA meetings there Wednesday, Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I believe there's one Tuesday morning at 10:00. Any place to get AA is a good place in my opinion. I am in recovery. I have not attended to Jacob's coffee house. I have gone by one night and it looks like it was fun. People were playing guitar and singing but I go there for AA meetings so that's why I gave the food and service a low cuz I don't know“

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

“I ordered a double espresso and it was a big double espresso! Every time you order a double, it comes out differently. Sometimes they seem small, once in a while it looks like 3 or 4 shots. The gentleman who served me was friendly too which any customer would appreciate. I'll definitely be heading to this D and D the next time i want an espresso. Usually i hit the one down the road but from now on, i will be hitting up this location“
