“I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4 stars instead of 1. They have really turned it around.The chicken Vermonter is downright addicting it's so good . Great reversal guys. One last thing, please stop cleaning the trays with the same cloth that has never been washed and smells like stale water and you will get 5 starsx. 12/13/24 they have stopped using old cloth to clean the tables so now it is 5 stars . Great turnaround guys“

“This picture does not do the sandwich justice but Tik Tok was right! I should’ve snapped a pic of the other half. More importantly, whenever I get a sub I love the works and getting all the toppings. Tik Tok threw this on my for you page and I had to try it. I got the Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. Top it Mike’s way then add mayo, dill pickle, hot chopped pepper relish, and jalapeño peppers. No, it’s not too hot! (At all). Don’t be scared of the peppers, just do it! You’re welcome. Disclaimer, the only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 is because I wish there was more seating but the quality sub makes up for it.“

“Staff here truly is the best of the best. The customer service is top notch. The employees genuinely seem to enjoy working here and interacting with customers. They’re always super friendly. Management should feel incredibly proud to have such a fantastic team. It’s hard to come by.“

“Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.“

“We were walking by this restaurant and we were offered a sample of a chicken teriyaki sandwich. My husband was so impressed he went back and bought three of them! I was impressed too, but couldn't finish, so I took the other half of my sandwich home. The only thing I didn't like was my Sprite was flat, so they need to fix that.“
“Wanted to leave this review purely because I had dropped my card at the counter, and for 4 hours, the main employee had kept it safe until I retrace my steps! I can not thank you enough! The world is not always kind, but I'm happy to do business with good, honorable people!
Also the sandwich was great, the atmosphere was clean and open.“

“Subway is a fairly consistent franchise. The menu is the same and the atmosphere is the same. The only thing that I find that varies is the portions based on ownership. This location didn't short me on my meats like other locations have. You know what you are getting at a subway. This place does the franchise namesake proud.“

“I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“
