I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“

“I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4 stars instead of 1. They have really turned it around.The chicken Vermonter is downright addicting it's so good . Great reversal guys. One last thing, please stop cleaning the trays with the same cloth that has never been washed and smells like stale water and you will get 5 starsx. 12/13/24 they have stopped using old cloth to clean the tables so now it is 5 stars . Great turnaround guys“

They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.“
