“I went there at Iftar time so they were very busy. The food took a little longer than usual to arrive but the owner was nice enough to offer hot tea, dates and Turkish soup while I was waiting. The food was delicious and atmosphere was friendly. I highly recommend it here.“

“Quaint little spot but BIG flavors! We tried the boom boom chicken grinder and it was one of the tastiest sandwiches I’ve had. The chicken was cooked to perfect and the sauces in the sandwich were the perfect match. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Definitely worth a try if you're nearby!“

“I have ordered takeout both in person and from DoorDash multiple times. The quality of the food is excellent. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have particularly enjoyed their beef and lamb over rice, falafel, and chicken over rice. Everything has been delicious and fresh.“

“Baklava was great! Looked very light in color which at first was suspicious but the flavor was great. I had their Arabic platter chicken shawerma and it was okay, but I really didn't like that the chicken was ground. Authentic shawerma comes in chunks/slices of chicken, so that was a little weird. I would like to try their lamb shawerma and see how that goes as well.“

“So I went back and forth between 3 star and 4 stars. Small business have it tough already competing with larger business' so I gave 4 stars. Service was great waitress was attentive and nice. I was not happy with my food I got the eggs benedict. Sauce was light almost non existent and if it was not for the salt and hot sauce I would not have ate it. Only thing they did well is poaching egg so that it was runny but they need some more seasoning and better hollandaise sauce. Also, the potatoes were wet not sure if it was water or oil but a little weird and also tasteless.“

“The food is always good. The service is often very slow, and they seem not to care much. I go here for lunch so not a big deal, but it is expensive. Their portions are ok. Their seating tables are small so be ready to elbow people during your meal. They have more room in the back, so unclear why the crowd the front area so much.“
“Got take out tonight. Everything salmon, turkey wrap, wings and two salads. Fantastic food. I was nervous when I walked in, seemed slow so I wasn’t sure how the quality was going to be. It’s slow because it’s after the holidays but the food was fresh and very good. The roasted vegetables are something dreams are made of. I’ll be back very soon. Finally a good restaurant at this spot!“

“Actually ate here by mistake. Driving in the area and remembered there was a middle eastern restaurant. Stopped at what I thought was Taste of Lebanon but decided to give it a try. I am extremely glad I did. I ordered a Lamb platter and Kofta Sandwich, both were delicious. The man working was very helpful, patient and generous. Very happy to support the business of such a worker or owner. Lamb Kebab platter 10/10- Pretty much perfect on the day, especially since the Chef cooked it on the Medium side for me. The Lamb itself was delicious and flavored wonderfully. The rice was amazing and was enriched by sautéed onions and some kind of noodle. Nice onion, tomato, and pickle salad mixture. Included Hummus and some kind of rich Yoghurt/Sour Cream which was amazing. Kofta Sandwich 7.5/10- Basic kofta sandwich done well. Good meat, good wrap, good flavor, nice toppings. For the money, an excellent deal. Fantastic food. Great price. What started as an accidental visit will turn me into a return customer. Looking forward to my next meal at Janna.“

“This place is by far the best grinder shop around, fresh Italian bread, meat is sliced to order, fresh veggies also hand cut, provolone cheese sliced in the Cafe, the taste is amazing! either cold, or I would recommend toasted, they also have delicious Greek Gyros, seasoned beef or chicken. Awsome Falafel wraps or on Greek pita. variety of fresh made salads. not to mention breakfast, fresh made bagels, crosant, English muffin sandwiches, egg n cheese, turkey ham egg n cheese. The best Belgian Waffles I've ever had, you have to try this place out, inside Asznuntuck Community college, it's family owned, and there great people,“
