“Walrus Alley, actually located in the basement of a building below another restaurant has a fun, pub feel, and was buzzing with both families and young people out for a night on the town. For appetizers, we ordered Pork Belly Burnt Ends ($18) and 2 Buttermilk Biscuits ($9). The pork belly was juicy, tender, and melted in our mouths, though flavorwise, ran a bit on the salty side. The pickle shavings it was served with were perfectly thin and served as a welcome bit of slightly sweet acidity to cut through the salt. The biscuits were heavenly; they were light and fluffy, baked with pepper on top, and served with a honey-siracha butter that made for a delicious bite. For entrees, we ordered Babyback Ribs ($25 for half a rack), Brisket ($19), sides of Mac and Cheese ($15), and French Fries ($5). The fries were fine, nothing to write home about, and lacking flavor, despite being crispy. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, but a little overwhelming in flavor. The ribs were quite nice, tender, and flavorful, but like the pork belly, were slightly salty. However, they were meaty and had the perfect amount of fat and bite to them. The biscuit was flavorful, though very slightly dry as if it had sat a bit before being served. Overall, despite a few points of inconsistency, Walrus Alley was a good dining experience. The volume of food relative to the price earns it marks, though be aware, you'll have to ask for water refills; the staff seemed to be lacking attentiveness in this area.“
“We loved our food trucks at our wedding! The tacos and bbq were delicious! On top of that, Loco was wonderful at communicating and answering our questions throughout the whole wedding process. We also loved that they provided our bar services and hors’ d'oeuvres services. They went above and beyond on our rainy day wedding!“
“The best steak sandwich I've had in 10 years! I will absolutely make this a favorite stop when I'm in the area. Can't wait to try to other items.Dietary restrictions: I asked him to make it daily free, no butter or cheese and he was very helpful.“
“I had the Ribeye, wife had steak tips.My meal was perfect, steak seasoned well a cooked perfectly.Hers though, the meat was very grizzly and fatty, the salad and sweet potato were great. Our waiter Manny, was terrific. He came to check on us, I told him we were done, and I was taking mine home. He ased the wife and she said she wouldn't be taking hers, realizing she had about 2/3 remaining on her plate, he asked was there something wrong? She reluctantly and very politely explained abiut the grizzle and fat, ade he immediately displayed empathy and offered to take the meal off the bill, offered her free dessert, something to take home, and she declined. Moments later the manager Dre, came to the table and made an incredible effort to make things right, very honorable. He convinced her she might be hungry later, and to order something to go and he would put it through right away. He was great, and turned everything around. We were happy, he saved a loyal customer, and earned this review. Well deserved. Thanks Manny and Dre, see you next month..“

“Good morning my husband and I had a opportunity to visit this establishment yesterday. First I'm a real critic. So when I walked in I noticed the floors and the display counters was clean. There wasn't a smell of old grease being used that's a big plus, the waiter greeted me with a smile. And last but not least the fried chicken tasted like my Mommy made it. The potato wedges was delicious, the yams and mac and cheese definitely means I need to return. All and all this is a great restaurant.“
“GOGI Westport is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years. We dined in for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and we were beyond pleased. The customer service was 100000/10.The food was fresh and made at our table perfectly. The lamb chops, lobster and Galbi was all so tender and juicy. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating.Free shots, free tempura fried ice cream with a birthday song and coupons for the next visit. This is now one of the best memories of the year so far.“
“The callaloo is everything! And those dumplings are so good and flaky. Both are better than any I have ever had in Jamaica!!! My Jamaican friend who lives there turned me onto this place. I wish you had one in Delaware. Keep serving great, authentic Jamaican food“
