“Stopped in this morning and ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 bagels and 2 iced coffees. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to chain stores and for what you get. Their bagels and donuts are huge, fresh and very tasty. Staff is super friendly and provide superior customer service. Will absolutely come here again.“

“I was there this afternoon with my grandsons. one of them is autistic, location 503 Windsor ave Windsor Ct. The employees there were great, Hector and William took care of my grandson they were very kind and attentive to what he wanted i didn't even have to clarify the order. they went out of their way to make him feel welcome. “I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

If you drive thru their drive thru after ordering food, when you get to the register, there is a small box outside the window that is supposed to tell you the price of your food, Since it has been broken for the past 5 years (and they are not fixing git) It read "NOTHING", so that is what you should pay for the food for. “Last 4 or more times going it has been completely awful! I go before work and order a PUMPKIN coffee, well one expects pumpkin in it NOT having it still taste regular yet for my large it said 1 pump pumpkin which it’s supposed to automatically be 4. I also had Skim milk and they put cream. This morning my Husband ordered and I got it back cold, no flavor, and leaking. Disgusting! You waiting forever in the drive though lately and even with the sticker on the coffee it comes out wrong and nasty. They need to pay attention to what the stickers say and make more coffee not serve cold or burnt coffee to people!
