“A different DD messed up our orders, making iced teas with cream instead of coffee. We noticed on our ride and in passing, stopped at DD in Glastonbury. Staff there remade our coffees even though they are a different franchise. Very kind and great experience! Thanks :)“

“Had to wait just a couple of minutes for an order. however, when the server handed me the food and drinks the hot chocolate accidentally spilled all over my shirt and lap as well as my dog granted he was enthusiastically waiting for his treat as well. “Excellent Coffee, great hospitality, and the niicest husband and wife team you will encounter. I used to be a regular there every morning before work, but I moved away and now I only stop in occasionally, but I make it a point to stop in. The owners Pete & Ms. Tina are awesome people. “They are always pleasant. I didn’t go
inside the facility; yet at the drive through- you can hear the laughter and positive interaction between employees while getting orders ready. From experience- it makes it a great environment for customers also.

Vegetarian options: Not sure about what level of vegetarian; no meat is always an option on many of the items as well as no dairy- if eggs are a no go then this might not be a place for a vegan.

Dietary restrictions: Unless you have a lot of allergies and have gluten sensitivity then this is always an option. Not sure what gluten free items are on the menu. Once you let the workers know about the allergies- they are very helpful.

Parking: This Dunkin is close to the highway next to a gas station and post office. So even if it’s busy- you can park at either place and walk over.

“This is my absolute go-to Dunkin. The ladies are amazing! They make my entire day. I love my DD but they are not all created equal. My coffee its always perfect and never bitter. I only go here mainly for my morning gals and they never disappoint. Michelle and Ash are my daily happy…. and the perfect coffee doesn’t hurt. :)“

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

“I have been complaining about Dunkin Donuts at the corner of Rt66/17 for years to them and nothing comes of it. If you drive thru their drive thru after ordering food, when you get to the register, there is a small box outside the window that is supposed to tell you the price of your food, Since it has been broken for the past 5 years (and they are not fixing git) It read "NOTHING", so that is what you should pay for the food for. So in conclusion FREE DUNKIN DONUTS PRODUCT IF YOU BUY IT THRU THE DRIVE THRU. 😎🤡😎🤡😎“

“I was there this afternoon with my grandsons. one of them is autistic, location 503 Windsor ave Windsor Ct. The employees there were great, Hector and William took care of my grandson they were very kind and attentive to what he wanted i didn't even have to clarify the order. they went out of their way to make him feel welcome. I wish all DD had employees like them. I definitely recommend them 1000% ... this will be by far the best service I received in a long time. Thank guys for a great and kind service“

“Standard DUNKIN Donut breakfast fare, and dine in atmospher. However, the staffing and "Friendly" service I received was superior to what I experience in my home area. Whenever I'm passing through, I always plan a stop at this location, Exit 23 off I-91.“

I go before work and order a PUMPKIN coffee, well one expects pumpkin in it NOT having it still taste regular yet for my large it said 1 pump pumpkin which it’s supposed to automatically be 4. I also had Skim milk and they put cream. This morning my Husband ordered and I got it back cold, no flavor, and leaking. Disgusting! You waiting forever in the drive though lately and even with the sticker on the coffee it comes out wrong and nasty. They need to pay attention to what the stickers say and make more coffee not serve cold or burnt coffee to people! Worst one in town and the other one hasn’t always been the best either but a bit better than that one.“

“First time i've ever been to this location and it was terrific. I have a slightly complicated order and they got it right from the start without complaining, It was amazing and very refreshing

I did not have anybody talk back or complain or talk under their breatj or any other numbers of things that i've experienced in other locations.

“I always get exceptional customer service at this location. Sometimes they are clearly understaffed and stressed, but nonetheless always polite and as fast as possible. Yesterday I was kind of having a bad day, I guess you could see it on my face. The cashier drew a smiley face on the cover to my cup. It made my day!“
