“Tenth Hole Tavern is the best spot for casual dining/takeout this side of Glastonbury. Their food is excellent and the staff really knows how to show the customers a good time. Kendall and Kelly are the nicest and are very accommodating. Not to mention the full bar, expansive beer selection, and wide variety on the menu. Some of my personal favorites include the chicken tenders (with their house made buffalo sauce), the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and the oven roasted turkey wrap. Don’t sleep on the brick oven pizza either. Tenth Hole Tavern has earned a special place in my heart❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

I stumbled upon Preli's Farm and Winery in my search for grape leaves for a batch of homemade dolmas. John the owner was very helpful and understanding, and thus began my loyalty.

Everything grown or made on the farm is a treat. From delicious heirloom tomatoes to giant fresh blackberries to the vast catalog of wines and ciders... I've never been disappointed.

It's clear that John, Jeanne, Bailey and the crew work their hardest to create such an impressive selection of products. I've made it my goal to visit a few times a month!

The farm itself is tranquil and inviting and the service is always top notch. Any time I've visited, I felt welcomed. Having their three-legged farm dog Daisy greet me upon arrival has brought me happiness every time!

“We were in CT from SC for a wedding! We went in on Saturday to watch South Carolina Gamecocks football game. The manager and Kasha were awesome! The manager put the game on two of the big TVs in the bar area so that all of us from SC could watch. They were so attentive kind and supportive of the Gamecocks even though we lost. The manager don’t know his name sorry, and Kasha were amazingly kind! We went back Sunday morning for brunch. Food and service were spot on!!! I don’t know that I’ll ever make back to Connecticut, but I highly recommend going to red heat Tavern if you are in that area! Come to SC Red Heat Tavern!!! “We were so pleased to visit Vito's after a few years' absence. We used to dine there almost every Friday when we lived in the area. Carol Ann welcomed us like old times. Jonathan did a great job of recreating my favorite basil martini that Linda perfected years ago. Our meal, punctuated by treats from the family farm, was excellent. Our service by Abby was terrific. The zucchini flowers appetizer impeccably balanced the tender flowers and tasty cheese. My husband's roasted cod and summer vegetables were great as was my Veal Milanese. The Pecorino wine was dry but refreshing. House-made ricotta pie was just right - subtle cheese flavor and not too sweet. We need to come back soon!“

The bowl brings me back memories of when I first had a pokebowl.

The portions were generous, and all the mix-ins and proteins were thoroughly mixed with the sauces instead of the past few times where they just squirted sauces on top.

I would have to say if this is not under ownership, whoever made my bowl around 12:45pm on 7/1/25 should get a well deserved praise.

I have given up on Pokemoto on middletown and decided to order here on a whim but pleasantly surprised the change in quality (for good)
