“Amazing!!! I stopped in Sat. 3/9/24. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with ham & cheese in Gluten Free bread. They toasted the bread and the egg was cooked to perfection! Such helpful staff and so grateful for the GF bread. I will be back.????“

“Personally my favorite place around to get the best sandwich. First timer today but High quality and extremely fresh meats/produce/cheese. The rolls were killer too. The store itself has a lot of cool items including Italian meats and desserts. Friendly staff felt bad I couldn’t tip with card but maybe you can will bring cash next time“

“I blame myself for your closure ? kidding… but of course the day I go for the first time in months, it’s announced later that day operations are ceasing. You guys do it right; with the shaved meats and all… truly sad to see such a gem decide to close down. Where else do I go for a quality sandwich?“

“The place is amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face. Their meatball grinder was delicious. One of the best I've ever had and their chocolate chip cookies are bangin'! I will definitely go there again! The photos that are up on the walls are amazing as well. Great place to get food!!“
“It's called the Rusty General Store (next to the Rusty Nail Bar and Grill), but the store part seems to be more ceremonial. There were some token non-perishable groceries, but the main attraction is definitely the sandwiches. The store is on the site of the Burr's Mill, and a few yards from the Sue Grossman Still River Greenway. There even appears to be parking for the Greenway across the street. I had a BEC breakfast sandwich, and it was hot and eggy. The egg was perfectly proportioned to the roll, and would definitely go back for more or to try a lunch sandwich. They do have daily specials - the day I was there they were pushing a buffalo mac and cheese available on a sandwich or as a stand alone dish. The women at the deli were even kind enough to send my dog a piece of cheese when they noticed him being walked in the parking lot (an especially kind gesture because I did not plan to share my breakfast sandwich). They also have an ice cream station that serves local Peaches N Cream ice cream (although not particularly hopping in November). There is indoor and outdoor seating, and parking seems sufficient for the two businesses.“
“I order 2-3 times a week , always the same sandwich right at opening. Every time without fail Carrie picks up the phone with a Good Morning Melanie! Can I start your sandwich? The team and the food are top notch, all smiles. Such a great spot to live around the corner from.“

“As far as sub franchises go (Subway, Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Blimpie's, etc), Nardellis is as good as it gets. Their sandwiches can be a bit dry, though, and can feel like there's "too much bread". But their ingredients are top-of-the-line. This particular location is ok.“

“Updated review. They close at 3, but stop serving sandwiches at 2:30. I drove nearly an Hr there to get a sandwich etc and go have a picnic. Had been a customer for years. I would normally go at 11. When I showed up at 2:35, I was denied a sandwich. Its been 4 years and have not been back, probably will not go back. Businesses should either be opened or closed, not start deleting services at quiting time. Just close earlier.“
