“We're currently training our dog, she's a good dog, but she hasn't been many places in public yet. Staff at Bad Dog was very understanding and kind when we explained. The crowd there was really sweet with her, and I can't say enough good things about the people who run Freedom Food Truck. We had a great time, and will be back often. “Our entire family, six adults and two children, enjoyed a fabulous lunch here last Saturday. The food was absolutely delicious! We decided to go big and had the ribs, both types of sausage, pulled pork, brisket, pulled chicken, chicken leg and thigh, collard greens, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, cornbread and more. We ate our fill and had enough left overs for four adults to enjoy lunch and dinner on Sunday! The meats were perfectly smoked and the sides were incredible. If you're ever out that way, be sure to stop by Zach and Lou's for a delicious meal!

“My husband and I had our wedding cake made at The Bakehouse. The owners are incredibly nice and generous. We even popped in a week before to ask if they had gluten free options for some guests of ours and they let us sample their almond cookies, which are AMAZING! Our cake was so delicious. It was a big hit, along with the cookies and the gluten free chocolate loaf. Thank you for your outstanding service! We will be returning when we are in the area.“

“We had the most wonderful experience at Saltwater Grille on Saturday night! After accidentally liking the Facebook page for this restaurant rather than a similarly named one in my town, I’ve spent the last few months looking at the posts and thinking I have to visit this place. The opportunity came to bring someone special there for his birthday and it was just amazing. Having eaten probably thousands of meals in restaurants I can tell you that I met the best server ever - Suzy. She was attentive without being intrusive, personable without being over the top and she has an amazing sense of humor. The food was outstanding as well which rounded out a perfect evening! We’re already planning another visit up when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the patio and live music!!“

“Delicious fried shrimp platter. Shrimp was perfect, spicy fries are good. Not spicy enough IMO. Cocktail sauce and tartar sauce are really good. I am not a fan of vinegar slaw. I think buttermilk would be the much wiser choice for seafood. The flies annoyed me when they're landing on me but it's all open which is nice. Bathroom trailer is kind of gross TBH. Also, it's just really expensive. It's not the place I can just bring a family of 7 to, so we can take a break from cooking.“
