“I wasn't going to complain but I'm still mad. I asked for extra lime in my cocktail. I received half a see through slice of lime. I didn't read my bill til I got home they charged me $2.00 for the lime!! You can buy a whole lime in the store for fifty cents! They should have told me about the extra charge for next to nothing.“

“Good! Sliders were cooked perfectly and bigger than we were expecting. A pleasant surprise. Kids Mac and cheese is HUGE, and it's actually real cheese sauce, not Kraft. The Jimmy Buffett playlist is very Southwick though we wouldn't have minded listening to something else. Overall very good experience.“

“‼️Really delicious food, I'd call it excellent! If you enjoy sushi, this is the place to go. Sometimes on the weekends the parking lot is packed full, so if you enjoy their food, it may be better to simply call ahead. However, there are a few inaccuracies on their this Facebook website. First their current hours are posted as "always open", of couse this cannot be true in the least bit. Listed on the Mizu 21 Restaurant website as of August 16, 2025 it says: Address: 21 Albany Turnpike (Rt.44) Canton, CT 06019 Tel: 860-352-8533 Business Hours Mon: 11:30 am~9:30 pm Tue: 11:30 am~9:30 pm Wed: 11:30 am~9:30 pm Thurs: 11:30 am~9:30 pm Fri: 1:30 am~10:30 pm Sat: 11:30 am~10:30 pm Sun: 11:30 am~9:30 pm“

“nope will not be back.1 no more chicken nachos they were the best,they no longer serve burgers in the dinning room but you can get chicken wings,didn't have any angel hair pasta, portions have been down sized chicken parm was about half the size it used to be.pasta was over cooked and had no flavor... was told that the owner is the chef dont know if that changed but something did. waitresses was awsome service was very good. dont think we will be making the trip out here anymore. sorry coach stop it is what it is. amendment 45 minutes after we left the coach stop 2 out of the five of us had explosive diarrhea.“

“Christopher did an amazing job from the start to the end. I came here for a quick drink prior to my flight to San Diego. He was very attentive and sincere during my visit. Always made sure my water cup was full and had consistently asked if everything was okay. Made a perfect old fashion for me as well. Chris displayed great communication/customer service skills. Really enjoyed my visit and will be back. Christina was very friendly as well. Great job screening /hiring the right people!“

“This place was beyond amazing. I have been here personally for food with friends before but never for an event. I used this place for my 2 month old baby’s baptism luncheon. (On st Patrick’s day) Shannon, the event manager was absolutely fabulous to work with. She even followed up with me after her first email since I have a terrible memory and forgot to reply to the first outreach. She made the whole event super easy and seamless. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. I am a new mom with a 2 month old so complicated processes will never get done. Shannon made everything super easy and friendly. She was available by phone and email. Any questions I had she comfortable to ask and when I changed the salad she made it seem like it was nothing. I cannot say enough great things about her. (P.s this place was extremely well priced too for absolutely FABULOUS food) The day of, we were 30 minutes early and the room was all ready for us and let us choose whether to be in the room or hang out at the bar. Jackie was our waitress and she was amazing! I am a neurotic mom who can’t remember anything and she totally helped me out. When I was walking around talking to guests she brought the drinks to me. She was beyond professional, kind, helpful and nice to all of our guests and us and our family. We got TONS of compliments on Jackie and the food. We got the bronze package and replaced the salad with a Cesar salad, the chicken plate, steak and pasta bolognese. Delicious! They were the perfect portions and super tasty. Again, we cannot say enough great things about Jackie! We had extra people show up and within moments she had spaces created for them. She and her team were great and I hope she knows how wonderful she made the day!“

“Dinner at Chili’s on Dec-6th. A half rack of ribs I ordered came and I got 4 ribs barely the size of the tines on my fork. I get ribs at most Restaurants and this was the smallest rack I’ve ever seen, ridiculous 🙁“

“Food was delicious! Chicken bacon ranch nachos. I forgot what the salad was called but is was good. The dressing is very delicious. And Reese pie! Jordan is a great server! Great personality, friendly and attentive! Thanks Jordan. We don’t live in the area but glad we stopped by. 😊“
