“Been coming for a couple years and always great but lately lunch has been a train wreck and not the same atmosphere. Charlotte is a saving grace. It flows better when she is there and the days she has been gone it has had a different atmosphere. We miss her terribly. On a better note they have excellent catering and a fabulous sandwich menu! This place is a Greenwich gem. The gentlemen in the kitchen out do themselves when it comes to breakfast. A must try before or after lunch hours.“

“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!“

“The most delicious and nutritious food from their appetizers and samplers to the entrées and the scrumptious desserts. They are vegan, kosher and gluten free and they accommodate restrictions. We always have their Mediterranean sampler and their penne a la bolognese. We tried their pesto penne yesterday and it was so tasty! We also had their buffalo cauliflower wings for a lil kick! My Mother’s Day would not be complete without their chocolate cranberry tart! We also had their Turmeric Latte (coconut milk) to go. In the past we have also had their salads which are so fresh and flavorful! There is something for every palate. “We hadn't made a reservation but Lucia was super accommodating. We love eating here as it has a bustling vibe, like a New York bistro. Food, as always outstanding and atmosphere first class. Cannot wait to return.“

“I started coming to Beascakes years ago when I tasted their delicious chocolate chip cookies at an event. Since then, my family cannot have a holiday or birthday without their treats. Their custom cakes and cookies not only taste incredible but their decorators are extremely talented, they knock it out of the park every time. Everything that they make is out of this world, best bakery in the area by far.“

“Simply put, Joe’s has the best pizza outside of New Haven and he certainly rivals even the best places in New Haven as well. We all know there’s two things that make a good pizza, dough and sauce, and Joe’s has both nailed down tight! My other big favorite is grandma‘s meatballs, they have an extraordinary flavor. It’s obvious that they take an unmatched pride in their work. The staff is always kind and attentive. I actually like it when I’ve got a few minutes to wait when I’m picking up on a busy Friday, watching the crew is interesting as they run like a finally tuned machine and do their best to get everybody taken care of in a timely manner. Highly highly recommend I would give them 10 stars if I could.“

“I’m definitely giving this place five stars. Service was fine. The food was well above average. I can easily say the gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had and there’s no distant second in sight. The peanut butter chocolate mousse was good but it had a lot more chocolate than PB taste. I did notice one review complained about the smell. I think the men’s room was cleaned with straight vinegar. A little weird, but no big deal.“

“By far the best coffee place in Larchmont! Cool/chill atmosphere. Staff is sweet and honest. The coffee is amazing ( no comparison to chain coffee). I tried the Brownie cookie today which was made there this morning by Guadalupe from scratch. I savored every decadent morsel! Sandwiches are yummy. Valentina, the owner, is terrific! I can also speak Spanish there and someone always understands me 😊!“

I went today and was greeted by Mario who opened up the store early in the morning with a smile and a really calm but happy energy. “We thought the prices were fair! The baked goods looked delicious although we didn’t try any today. The pre packaged food looked good! And the juices and tonics were also plentiful and well priced. We grabbed the vegan sausage , egg and cheese. At first we were disappointed in the slider sized bun, but it turned out to be plenty of food with the sausage , egg and cheese. “It was a Monday like a Sunday since it was a holiday. Quiet. I pass it every morning but never see a spot. Today easy peasy -there was no one on the road at 8:30 am. So I went in and did two things I would not ordinarily do. Ordered a delicious latte and a pastry!! The guy who took my order was sweet and had perfect recommendations. I wanted to sit inside but I didn’t want to be alone. I sat in my car and held the cup in my hands and inhaled the aroma while I thought to myself. Next time I’ll come with a friend. Next time I’ll let the Lorca feeling last a little longer. Next time.“

For some reason a couple of side dishes came out well before the main meal but overall it was not that big of a deal. I have never experienced that quite like that before. The experience and the ambiance were very nice and I plan on returning again.“
