“This place has been on my list for a while and finally, on a road trip to Boston, we had the opportunity to stop. I went for the almond croissant and pecan sticky bun and they absolutely delivered. Scrumptious. Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time and scheduling a time to pick it up if you can.“

“Way less crowded than the mystic location. There is a parking lot behind the front entrance so you need to circle the block. The food was amazing. The ham and cheese croissant and chocolate croissant was the best I’ve ever had. The staff was very helpful and patient. It’s pretty small inside but plenty of tables outside with a view of the water. The prices are also very reasonable.“
“Brooke did a fantastic job informing, advising, and showing me all of the features and options for glasses I could purchase as well as the insurance and warranty. I got there a little after 5 and Brooke took her time explaining everything to me and even stayed till after they close around 6:20 when they close at 6. She said they could be flexible with where I can pick up the glasses since I live halfway between the Waterford and Coventry BJ's and she said I could get them repaired at either BJ's as well. She went above and beyond with her customer service!! It took a week and a day for the glasses to come in which I consider very quick. I am very excited to pick up my two new pairs of glasses in the next few days!!“

“I ordered my wedding cake from Li's Bakeshop in December of 2023. It was for 60 people and was a two tier chocolate cake with oreo filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I was able to show the baker a picture of the design I was thinking about in the frosting and asked for a little bit of gold on it as well. The result was even better than me or my husband could've imagined! It was the absolute perfect, sweet ending to our amazing day!! All of our guests couldn't stop telling us it was the best cake they've ever had. We were able to save two slices and they're in the freezer awaiting our first anniversary. We've been long time customers and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to make our cake for us.“

“MOST DELICIOUS DONUTS for the literal best prices I’ve ever seen. The staff is lovely, the shop has a pleasant vibe, and my kids are always thrilled to have Flander’s donuts! It’s cash only (which I forget a lot, that’s why I’m mentioning it) but they have an ATM machine in the shop. So recommended!“

“This is a must stop place to visit! The baked goods, everything is so delicious the best cider doughnuts ever eaten 🤤 😋…Not only is this place educational for watching and learning how cider is made the old fashioned way but because the ppl are so amazingly friendly its family owned and 3 Generations work on the grounds and love what they do! I personally met and spoke to 2 of many, John who is in the mill making the cider and will tell you all you need to know about it. As well as Amy (Nurse on site, John’s sister and her mom makes the cider doughnuts, she goes in at 3am to do so😳) who was so friendly and helpful she and some of the workers and some patrons helped my father,who has an inner ear issue with vertigo. Came on all of a sudden right at the register these ppl were so helpful and came to his aid got him to a chair during this scary 😟 time for him. I can’t thank them enough but go show your support and enjoy some hard cider 🍺 and pick up wine and apple pie 🥧 for home! Dogs 🐶 are welcome!! Thanks everyone and thank you again Nurse Amy your the Best!!!🥰“

“Michaela is an awesome server. Her knowledge of the menu and her pleasant demeanor makes it all worthwhile. The food is top quality and everything served hot. The salads are huge and some entrees include salad so order so there’s room for dessert! Great view of the Mystic River.“
