I've been a loyal customer to China Chef and I've always enjoyed their food and service. My last visit to this eatery made me never want to go back again. When it comes to customer service and health, the staff members at China Chef could care less about the people that support their business. I ordered from here a few times. The food is typical mid-level takeout but close in location. This last time I called to order and was directed to order online. I ordered online and my order was immediately cancelled with a message that my money will be returned in 5-10 business days. I called to find out the issue and was told that my address on file was flagged for "charge-backs" and they won't deliver to me. I only use a debit card.
