Never makes the coffee correctly. Rude service. Tonight was the last time I’m going there!
We will not be eating at any of your establishments until the employee at the West Hartford, Connecticut location has been relieved of their job!!! And yes, we don't just forget after awhile. We have not eaten at a Denny's since the incident in Belleville, Illinois as just one example. There is a way of handling these situations, and while I am glad the manager took immediate action to make the employee apologize, the next step to save face from a PR and marketing perspective...read full review
