“This is a hidden gem! We're back in Connecticut after many years and were looking for some authentic regional pizza and came upon Asylum Street Pizza. We were greeted immediately and the staff had definitive answers to our questions. We asked for a recommendation and were served with a straight-from-the-oven delicious "the works" pizza. When we're back in the area again, we will definitely stop by for another pizza. Don't miss this one!“

“I had breakfast here yesterday. It was my first visit. The atmosphere is lovely. More importantly, the waitress we had was very upbeat and really seemed to enjoy her job. She was always right there to see if we needed anything, refill our cups, take away it plates, etc. The food was very good and plentiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be c definitely returning even though it's 35 minutes from my home. It's worth the drive.“

“I come by this place ATLEAST twice a week and my go to is always the mamas fajitas(depending on my mood I’ll go with seafood or steak) and it never fails me. My father and I have made it basically a weekly routine to have breakfast here every Wednesday and have been coming here for yearsss! Al is such a stand up dude and always treats us like family! “Little Caesars is just take out. But it's very good take out. They always have a new menu item. This week was ALL Sticks. The size of a pizza. Cut into sticks. 1/4 cheese, 1/4 pepperoni, 1/4 bacon, 1/4 jalapeño. Yummy and only $7.99. Plus you get marinara sauce for free! Good deal!!“

“This is the store I order from on a average 3-4 times a week, my order is mostly always the same however tonight I placed a order for my kid and husband and I thought I ordered it correctly but this time I actually didn’t! I forgot to hit the bacon button so I called to have the correct order made and even though I ordered it wrong they remade it and delivered it! They didn’t have to remake it cause Im the one that ordered it wrong but Tim had it remade and had it delivered anyways!! He said Due to the fact I order from them a lot he went above and beyond what Great customer service and service like this keeps a customer returning again and again! Keep up the great work!!“

Six years later, absolutely thrilled to see how welcoming and phenomenal everything remains.
I did want to update my review after seeing there being a complaint about the prices of food. Seeing how *consistent* their prices are is remarkable, and above and beyond that the value is particularly noteworthy.
Altogether from the quality (and *portions*) of the food, to the amazing staff, definitely a place to come to and make a regular stop.“
