“I stumbled across The Loaded Goat completely by accident one day during a festival on the green, and I swear it was the happiest coincidence ever. From that day on, I haven’t stopped going back literally, I’m there daily. The vibes, the people, the quality… everything about this place just makes you want to keep coming back. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Not to mention, my dog is just as obsessed as I am! He knows exactly where we’re going every morning and practically drags me to the door for his pup cup. They always make him feel special, and seeing him light up makes my whole day. The coffee is consistently amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and friendly, and the overall experience is unmatched. The Loaded Goat is one of those rare spots that becomes part of your routine without even trying. If you haven’t been yet GO. You won’t stop going either. ☕️🐶💛“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

“Just ordered 8 burritos from here and I am so surprised they each weigh 1.5+ lbs!!! That's insane!!! The owner, Señor Maximo, was very kind and nice and gave me some free food and free cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough but it's the nice gestures and acts of kindness that are appreciated! I eat here every time I pass by Waterbury and the food is always excellent and very delicious! I love small and local restaurants like this! I just ordered 8 burritos from here and I'm so surprised that each one weighs over 1.5 pounds! That's crazy!!! The owner, Mr. Máximo, was very kind and friendly and gave me free food and cake! I was very surprised but very grateful! I know times are tough, but what is appreciated are the nice gestures and acts of kindness! Parking: You have to park behind the store and walk to the front. I don't feel it's very convenient for people that can't walk well or walk a distance. The spots in front ( it's only 3 spots ) but they are used for curbside pick ups.“

“Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. “I love this location but was pretty disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Over all I still like this location, it’s Labor Day weekend so I know it’s busy and appreciate the workers but today just wasn’t the day“
