To her friend she was with, she had no right to the Tips of the working staff IMO. Would like that addressed the staff deserve their cash tips. no employee complained to me, I'm complaining because they worked hard to get me in and out of this store.“

“We're traveling through CT on our way home and stopped into the Meriden location for a late lunch. We were warmly greeted by both front of house guys, got a fun bell ring and a "Gratzie!" for our 20% tip. Our veggie sandwich was delicious, great bread, and the perfect amount of dressing. Our chicken caesar was fresh and tasty. Used the bathroom before we left and it was very clean and smelled nice! If we were local we'd be there all the time.“
