The food is always really tasty but my only issue is every time i go inside to order theres a short girl that works the register and sometimes sandwiches back and forth that always makes rude faces when people walk in and she does it to me especially. She worked today 11/28/23 on the register and when i was in line waiting she looked over to one of the male co workers and they both eyed me and made a funny face as if they was mad that i came in and like they was gonna talk slick...read full review

Hours say open until 9 pm but went last night and door was locked at 830. Perhaps the hours need to be updated. Time before that I waited 30 mins after my pick up time for order to be complete. It's a busy location so I get it but the staff does also seem disorganized. Hit or miss experiences.

Was great when they first opened (we go to Glastonbury Rocky Hill and Mohegan) the last year they all forgot how much meat they put in the grinders NOW it's a joke how little meat is in them! Back to SubwayWe will not go there anymore since they definitely changed after getting everyone to go there. If you like a lot of lettuce it's the place to go. They should not be able to put those pictures out there of their grinders, we'd still go if they really looked like that.
