“Tried their pizza tonight and it is by far the best pizza I have had in a long time. We had the pup in the car for pickup and they even brought it out to us with plates and napkins. The ingredients tasted so fresh and homemade. We will make the trip from Watertown from now on to go here. Great job to all who work here and own this restaurant!”

“The lobster rolls are the best in northwest CT. The shrimp and grits are likely the top 5 I have ever had. Burgers are cooked to your preference. Dry rub wings are delish! Well crafted cocktails that hit the spot. The staff is lovely and attentive. Sunday live music brunch. Thursday nights are raw bar and a great happy hour til 6pm. Always a fun time with great food!”

“Went on Friday night and enjoyed an amazing dinner. One of the friends with us is Vegan and it was so nice to have vegan options for her as well. Service was fantastic, never waited on anything. A special touch is the owner visits each table to ensure we are enjoying ourselves and the food. “Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.”

“We had an errand to run in Torrington. Then, we were hungry. We found Tina's Cafe while driving around. We love finding small business owner establishments.

It was bright, cheery, and clean. Tina and Larry were so hospitable. THE FOOD WAS SO FRESH!! I got a breakfast sandwich, and Trevor got the Turkey Gobbler sandwich for lunch. i think it was a special. I can't remember.

The sandwiches were hearty and delicious. It was the best sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich I've ever had.”

“I’ve been visiting this plaza for almost three years and never thought to enter this place until today. I initially wanted bubble tea and remembered that I saw a flyer of theirs advertising such.

I went in with $10 cash with intention purchase one but left with two, paying with my card as they came it a little over $14.

I got the crème brûlée milk tea with extra boba and peach tea with mango popping boba which the staff recommended to me.

The ordering process, paying and receiving the teas were all within 5 minutes.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was quiet and inviting.

I am not a fan of raw meat but if I do become one I’ll try this place first.
Until then, this is my new bubble tea spot.

The beef shawarma and hummus were spot on, and you can really tell everything is made with care. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Definitely one of those spots you’ll want to go back to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a great meal.”

“We had a wonderful experience at George’s today. At a party of 6 adults, and 2 toddlers, we were very happy to sit down soon after arriving. We had a knowledgeable waitress who accommodated our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all of our group. We would highly recommend this super, hometown feel, very professional restaurant for everyone! (And I totally felt comfortable eating their gluten free options)”
