“Tried their pizza tonight and it is by far the best pizza I have had in a long time. We had the pup in the car for pickup and they even brought it out to us with plates and napkins. The ingredients tasted so fresh and homemade. We will make the trip from Watertown from now on to go here. Great job to all who work here and own this restaurant!”

“We found West Shore Seafood a couple years ago and have been going back each summer with family and friends for our seafood fix. Absolutely love the location, dog friendly atmosphere, and selection of food & drinks. Our go to order we love is the fish sandwich, salmon BLT, onion strings and Caesar salad. Sometimes there's a wait or a line but completely worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality & tasty food in the area.”

“Not only are the prices very reasonable, the portions are also fantastic. The bowls are huge. For reference, I ordered a make it yourself burrito, and a salmon bowl (pictured below). I inhaled the burrito before I could take a picture, and it was delicious. I wasn’t expecting it to be seaweed wrapped instead of a regular wrap, but I’m happy it was. Keep that in mind if you order on an app. The wraps are seaweed. Still, it was delicious, filling, and healthy. I could only get maybe a quarter through the bowl before I was too full to continue. And again, it was delicious.

If you’re health conscious, and looking for quick meals without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this place. I’m upset it has taken me this long to try it out.”

“Went on Friday night and enjoyed an amazing dinner. One of the friends with us is Vegan and it was so nice to have vegan options for her as well. Service was fantastic, never waited on anything. A special touch is the owner visits each table to ensure we are enjoying ourselves and the food. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a nice, cozy and quiet restaurant where you can actually have a conversation.”

“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.”

We had a knowledgeable waitress who accommodated our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all of our group. We would highly recommend this super, hometown feel, very professional restaurant for everyone! (And I totally felt comfortable eating their gluten free options)”
