“Great little spot to pick up dinner to go. Portion size for single burger very reasonable. Had mine 'golden style' (mustard fried) very flavorful. Will definitely stop here again the next time I'm passing through New Canaan. Only demerit is that on a Friday evening at 6pm they were out of veggie burgers, which made my dining companion sad. She had the chicken sandwich instead and it was moist and delicious, but she would have been happier with the veggie burger.“

But today, we were served by a girl who was on the her phone gossiping with someone the entire time, she even had the phone on speaker. And I would not have cared about it if we would have at least gotten water. She didn’t even asked if we wanted anything, didn’t brought us water at any point, and was being very loud on the phone.“

“My family of 7 stopped at Boss Burger on whine during a long drive home to the Boston area. We wanted an alternative to our usual fast food chain stop along the way and my wife found this place. The food was freshly prepared and reasonably priced. We bought two wraps, some hot dogs and nuggets for the kids, and a Philly steak with chicken instead of steak. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their food. We even took a few brownies to go. They have a large selection of small bags of chips and bottled beverages.

“Last time I was in this building, it was Johns Diner; 30 years ago. The food was very good & tasty; portions were generous. The menus has quite a large and varied selection. “I've eaten buffalo cauliflower at almost every restaurant that offers it in CT. I can confidently say, this place has the best buffalo cauliflower in the entire state. The pickle juice martini was absolutely delicious. The Patty Melt was NEXT LEVEL. Quality restaurants are harder and harder to come by. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I sat in the bar at a table and the bar tender was VERY attentive, even though it was Friday at Happy Hour. The atmosphere is themed and fun. I cannot say enough good things about this place.“

The new redesign is very poorly done, only 1 register now and I haven't seen how it is during lunch hour but I'm not sure if it's trying to force people to use the app or what but the whole left side is just a wall now.

“This used to be a great McDonald's with a playplace. Now it's this square grey building. The atmosphere sucks. If you order via the kiosk & are looking for a table number, there's not enough staff to deliver your food. The seating area on the lower level is disappointing. I'd be nice if they brought back the picnic tables outside. Upstairs they have more seating, & the bathrooms. I brought my kiddo here for a nugget happy meal, there's nothing about this place that fun. McDonald's really killed off everything that made them a place kids wanted to go. Come to McDonald's, we have a bland new look, no one will like!!“
