“My son and I stopped in after the article in the newspaper. We have to say, you have the best donuts in Connecticut! We live in Watertown but will definitely make another trip down to Wilton or your new Bethel location, when it opens. Your staff is fantastic! All the customers coming in were regulars. That’s how you know you found a gem of a place!“

“Fast friendly and efficient. They had everything ready including my sandwich before I even paid! Very minimal conversation, but that was a good thing for this time in the morning. Just saying it so you don’t walk in expecting to have one. As far as Sunday morning pick-me-up coffee goes? 10/10.“

“The first impression is everything. It looks inviting and clean. The staff greets each customer with a smile and offers an assortment of fresh donuts and bagel options. I ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with mayo. To my delight, the sandwich was toasted to perfection. The egg was light and fluffy, and the turkey sausage was juicy, not dry. Salt and pepper were available at the pickup counter as well as ketchup. The only quam I have is that the only customer accessible napkins were positioned near one of the exits on the extreme opposite side of the store far from the pickup area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat smooth transition, no steps.“

“I am frequent of all locations, i was in line at the drive thru and the guy before me was calling the young lady an idiot because she asked for him to repeat his order meanwhile i know he mumbles and has an island accent. When i was greated by her sunshine smile face at the window i apologized for the animals in our country and she kept her beautiful attitude. Wish i caught her name but i want to say it starts with S. Anyway thanks for keeping it together for us all and the smile on your face i personally left a couple bucks tip and all i had was a healthy black coffee. All u rude boy customers dont talk when you have no face to friends who have no ears an old saying. Smh at some people and thank god for employees at donut delight“

“The store and bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are better than Dunkin and the donuts are as good or better. Coffee is much better and made in a machine fresh. Around $15 for a dozen donuts. $3 for coffee. I have been there multiple times lately.

“Today I copped a sausage egg cheese croissant and tea... They did the croissant just as I asked... I love that. Dunkin donuts when I ask they always still burn the croissant. I always ask lightly toasted. The meat they use seems better than dunkin. Dunkin I keep biting on tiny bones in the sausages. And the tea... well they forgot the cream.. since I said light with 3 sugars but that's OK. I'll add the cream later. I wanted it for when I got home. My car has 106 degrees showing today so I wasn't interested in drinking it right then and there. The lady at the window was real nice.
Another store near a FedEx around ardmore rd also does good too with my requests & are welcoming in their demeanor.
I wish there were more of these in CT and not just in the Stamford Area.“
“OMG!!! You will not regret this Donut Delight!!! It was the very 1st one I tried and I never regret coming to this location!!! I really enjoyed every fresh donut & sandwiches purchased!!! And the best of all are the Lattés!!! The hazelnut is my favorite with whipped cream!!! The prices are perfect!!!! Starbucks just got dumped!!! I found myself a wonderful new hanging out spot!!!“

“Last night I stopped in for a large black and sweet coffee and two jelly donuts and when I got on the road, I had a coffee with no sugar and two glazed donuts. The first girl didn’t understand English, and it seems the second girl that helped her did not speak English either. Usually, everything is great this time it wasn’t“

“I looked for the comments before coming and when I decided to come, everything was good, the attention 10/10 - food 10/10 - place 10/10 I asked for my drink and the cashier's colleague listened to it and in less than... 30 seconds? It was ready and good....regarding the reviews in line and when he gets to the checkout he thinks what to eat) 2 they are not robots!! no flash!! If you have an order, they will give it to you in the order of the order queue.-3 The conditions of the rein deteriorate over time, maybe there is not much budget (but why take photos of all the old parts? Is everything fine at home? )-4 complain about the "rude" or "ignorant" attention but you get up and go to your office while they have been there for hours and with PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE TO GIVE THEM THINGS 3 SECONDS AFTER ORDERING !!! -4 It is not the worker's fault if they make a mistake WHEN YOU CHANGE THE ORDER MORE THAN 3 TIMES BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS WANT. -5 You get angry because your order takes a long time... well that happens when you SEE A BUSY STORE AND STILL ORDER MORE THAN 6 THINGS!! -6 Why do you only say when ordering "medium coffee" or any size? They literally have many ways to prepare coffee and you expect them to guess what you want without saying just that? When you were little you hit your head a lot, right? -6 Speak clearly, the cashier is not a lip reader to understand you with a low voice!!!-7If you want to talk, call your partner or a friend BUT DON'T BE ANGRY BECAUSE THE CASHIER FOCUSES ON HIS JOB AND HE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!!!--8why do some flirt with younger workers? ☠️ .-9 You don't like the prices? Perfect!!! Contact the owner of the company himself and give him proposals to lower them BUT THE WORKERS ARE NOT TO BLAME!!! (imagine being that person who can't pay 10-20 dollars of your own money ahahahaha)-10 can you tell your children to stop messing up what the workers tidy up and clean?...please-11 if the workers don't clean some parts...isn't it because they are busy making large orders or lots of them?...I'm just saying in case you didn't notice.-12 If I were you I wouldn't fight that worker...(that guy seems like a hit sends you to sleep)-13 if you notice something instead of writing it here or talking about it in a place other than the store you criticize... well, I think it would be better to inform the workers of what they neglect... right? -13 The fact that they are not Americans does not mean that you have to treat them badly...mentally retarded. conclusion: store 10/10 -some customers 0/10 improve yourself subnormal.“

Parking: When it's busy in the morning, it can be somewhat difficult to get a spot, otherwise it's not bad.
Kid-friendliness: Can definitely bring the kiddos in to eat. Not too many tables though.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get inside and the tables are spaced apart enough for a wheelchair to fit comfortably.“

“It’s very rare that I’d leave a review for a chain establishment, but was impressed by the service I received from the young man with a foreign accent (appeared to be a European accent). He appeared to be working in the solo, but offered great customer service (something that many establishments seem to be lacking these days). I appreciated his professional service!“

“The employees are always so kind here and they make the drinks right 98% of the time, when they don’t you tell them and they fix it without hesitation. It’s very clean and I see a group of older guys always hanging out here as there hang out spot. Very sweet.“
