“We love this place! This is our Friday night go to place for sushi. The food is consistently amazing and fresh!! The servers, Kelly and Jessica, are personable. They had 10 year anniversary dinner for selected families since we are here quite often and we were blown away with all the delicious meal, drinks and service. Family friendly and also great for date night. We have been coming here many years ago way before they expanded. You won’t regret coming here! Best sushi in Greenwich!!!“

“After a morning workout, I had a craving for sushi (what else is new) so after some research, my husband and I decided to try out Sushi x2 based off the good reviews. We got there pretty much right after they opened at 12, so it wasn't very busy at all with just one other table of diners. The interior of the restaurant wasn't particularly fancy or anything, and a bit dark for my liking, but that didn't really bother us. After reviewing the menu, we ended up ordering the yellowtail maki, and the dynamite and tiger rolls from their Special Rolls menu. The food was delicious! The tiger roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and avocado wrapped in soybean paper) was probably my fave, followed by the dynamite roll (pepper salmon, avocado, and spicy white tuna) and the yellowtail maki last. It was a great spot for a simple sushi lunch and we left both full and satisfied. I definitely want to try out some other sushi spots in the area, but if you're looking for a quick and yummy sushi spot in Stamford, give Sushi x2 a try!“

“Kazu is the place to go for Sushi and Japanese cuisine in the Norwalk area. The fish is high quality and the staff and sushi chefs are top notch. The staff is super friendly and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Don't overlook the bar either! It doesn't matter if you're looking for lunch or dinner or just a quick snack and a drink they've got you covered. Rob and his staff are awesome.“

“Our family has been a patron of Gogi Korean Steakhouse (formerly Wafu) since inception in 2019. We have dined there at least 25 times in the period 2019-2023. (Wafu/Westport opened in 2019 and was owned by the 4 founders of "Tuck Gin" + Simon & Elaine Chen of Westport. The quality of food went down during Covid. In 2022, Wafu/Westport closed temporarily. The restaurant was re-opened later in 2022, this time with Simon & Elaine Chen as owners and managers. Oh, what a difference the change in ownership brought about!) GOGI LOREAN STEAKHOUSE IS SIMPLY WONDERFUL! Simon & Elaine refined the menu, keeping what were originally the best selections and making them even better. Our family favorites (which we order almost every visit, while trying other dishes for comparison) include: * Seafood Pancake (crispy to perfection and stuffed with a variety of seafoods) * Bulgogi (entree sauteed to tender perfection at the table - ask for marinated) * Pork Belly (a close second favorite entree, prepared same as the Bulgogi) Simon personally visits and/or serves each table, making sure everything meets the customers' expectations. “This place is not on the main street of this beautiful Greenwich city. It was opened in 1975. If you like seafood, you have to find this place. It is not big but has more then you would expect. There is no option to eat inside, but very cozy small space for outside dining. The lobster rolls are delicious. They have huge selection of fish, fish products and live lobsters. Fresh sushi if you are a sushi lover. Interesting place in the interesting city. 85% of the cars on the streets will start from $70K.“

“Every holiday I place my fish order here. Always fresh, always easy pick-up. This year I somehow ordered the pre-cooked octopus instead of cooking it myself. My very particular family members said it was the best they've ever had, at home or in a restaurant. The highest praise! I would definitely recommend Greenwich Fish. Co. I have dined and I have ordered for pick up, the food is always fresh and never disappoints. The lunch specials menu offers great deals for lunch Monday to Saturday. The waitress always gives us great attention. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Fairfield County. You won’t get better sushi, hibachi, or service anywhere else!“

“The food was top notch. Very good. Sushi. Crab cake was way too mushy. I wasn't expecting much from a sushi place for crab cake. My date ordered it. I lived in Japan. I felt like this was as close to Japanese sushi as I've seen or tasted in a while. We sat out on the deck so I don't know what the interior look like. I know there's reviews saying that it's dated. But I wasn't there to eat the decor. Lol“

“Asiana Bistro offers pretty solid Chinese takeout for the Stamford area. The food is consistently tasty, with generous portions and a variety of options. The dishes are flavorful, and the classic favorites like General Tso’s chicken and beef with broccoli are always well-prepared. While it’s not the most extravagant, it’s reliable and a great go-to when you’re craving comfort food. Quick service and reasonable prices make it a solid choice for takeout.

Vegetarian options: Options are available but not my personal preference so I’m no expert in that area.

Worth a try, especially if you want chinese dine in (they’ve actually decorated the inside vs the very no frills takeout spots)“

I am a New Canaan resident but the New Canaan store is the worst of all (unprofessional staff that has no idea how to clean the skin or prepare any fish properly for selling) so I drive all the way down to Darien.“

“Having lived in Japan for nearly 6 years I can say that Little Tokyo is a very authentic experience. They can do a lot of off menu food with notice. The seafood comes up from the NY Seaport daily. Highly recommended. I have been eating here for maybe 15 years now.“
