“I came here for lunch just to check it out. The service was great. He gave me recommendations on what to try. Went with the mix over rice and it was amazing. The meat was perfect. The rice was perfect. I ended up ordering dinner from here the same day. Definitely a must try.“
“When driving by the restaurant looks closed, but it was open surprisingly. Was happy as I was worried it was closed. Service was good and no complaints. Would go again. Food was hot and delicious. Got the tenders meal with lemonade. Very tasty- love the biscuits.“
“Fast food drive thru service forgot a sandwich that was part of my order. The cashier assured my order was complete. I I understand that the entire team needs to get the order processed within a short amount of time, however the person who checked the order missed the crispy chicken sandwich.The staff attempted to cram 2 meal orders and the missing chicken sandwich into a very small bag. Perhaps KFC could provide bigger bags so the order can be easily seen. Again if I (the paying customer) had not checked the bag for the items I paid for, I would have discovered the mistake that was made when I got home.Now in all fairness the staff made the missing chicken sandwich and delivered it to my parked car.Again I needed to the recheck the order. Will I go back? Yes, however I will be second checking the order. Mistakes happen, I get it. The sandwich cost $8, and i need to make sure when I pay for a service that I get everything that I ordered.“

Both team members took care of my walk in take out order with efficiency and care. ?Parking: It will be tight if they are busy with walk in consumers, but you can always park in the lot next to their location or across the street and use the cross Walk to come over.“
“A New London staple! If you live here, you can disregard this review because you probably already know how good it is, and I would just be preaching to the choir. If you're new to the area, though, or just passing through- you need to check this place out asap. I've always loved coming here for a comfort meal, but it wasn't until a family trip to Charleston, SC until I truly appreciated how lucky I was to have Neon Chicken right in my backyard. We visited a restaurant down there that had been getting national coverage for how good their rotisserie chicken was. It had been on famous TV shows and had received plenty of accolades. To be clear, it did live up to the hype! But my family and I all agreed: It's great, but it's not as good as Neon. The service there is impeccable, always fast and friendly. The restaurant itself is very casual, with plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. My go-to order is a breast and thigh plate, mac and cheese, stuffing, and of course a piece of their corn bread. There's nothing that hits the spot quite like it on these chilly winter days.“
