“We stopped in here while on a road trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the bread was not baked when we got there and they were out of black olives, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The sandwich was great even without the olives. There was also a great view of the river from the store.“

“I say yes and no to recommendations. I recommend only the burgers. Don't order the chicken sandwich. Today we tried chicken sandwiches. Big disappointment. Menu picture looked great. Nice chunk of chicken on a fluffy roll. What we got resembled a chicken cracker on a smashed roll with a smear of mayonnaise and 3 slivers of pickle. I've been there 3 times now and the staff messed up orders all three times. Not just mine, but other customers as well. Although the will do their best to rectify the mistakes.“

“We had an hour in-between basketball games at a tournament down the road so I opted for this uncommon for Connecticut fast food chain. Im grateful it was fast and cost effective. The second table we went to was clean and i didnt go in the bathroom. They had the Coc Cola Freestyle machine with over 100 flavors, kinda cool, I just got rootbeer lol. The onion rings and fries were kind of bland but fresh. The burgers were satisfying but not monumental. They use texas pete hot sauce and sweet baby rays bbq sauce. Nice to have something different. I'd have it again.“

The woman who took my order was courteous and helpful. The food was good. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. The best part was the sauce. The chicken was crispy and delicious. “South of town locale on state route 111(monroe turnpike) the main North/South route through the center of town. Love their soft ice-cream treats. Outside seating available,in the middle of summer the line can stretch out the door,this is a neighborhood favorite summer hangout.“
