“We stopped in here while on a road trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the bread was not baked when we got there and they were out of black olives, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The sandwich was great even without the olives. There was also a great view of the river from the store.“

“Angel worked for many years for owners of other deli's. He opened his deli a few years ago, and I will tell you, he blows away the other deli's he worked for previously. I know because I have been to them. A family man with a great work ethic, doing a great job to provide for his family. They all hustle and get orders out quickly. Highly recommend.“

“Had a terrific specialty sandwich there - the 'cemita'. Wow. A perfectly fried chicken escalope with fresh salad, tomato, avocado, and cilantro cream dressing on a soft bun. Easily the best chicken sandwich in recent memory, and a good selection of refrigerated drinks. The owners/servers there were super friendly. It strikes me as a takeout place for the most part, with some seating. Even so, it was a pleasant place to sit, and the food more than carries the place.“

“Soup is exceptionally good. I’ve tried just about all of them and every one has been great! They have vegetarian and gluten free soups and ALL are really really good. Service is slow and atmosphere is meh — but who cares? The soup makes up for everything. Highly recommend. But if you’re in a hurry, call ahead & order.“

“The sign on the door says please wear a mask regardless of vaccination status but when I walked in the chump behind the counter making sandwiches has his mask over his chin not covering his nose and half his mouth. What kind of crap is that?“

“This is my local subway of over two decades. They used to be in a different building, but upgraded when this new complex was built. What hasn't changed is the consistently excellent food. This is hands down the best subway I've been to, the food is extremely fresh and the staff are friendly.“
