“Best DQ in CT the ice cream is just different here the texture and taste is way better, the toppings are always generous and they actually fill the cup over the top so you definitely get what you pay for here. The employees are always polite and always get the orders correct.

Parking: There’s like 15 parking spots there is 1 handicap spot but no matter where you park you’ll be close to the building.

“I've been to many Five Guys in several states and usually, I love the burger but have issues with the fries - they're not crispy - EXCEPT for today. “I don't understand how with a system that shows the employee what the order is that they still make it wrong. My mistake was not getting the receipt, I ordered a steak egg mcmuffun they gave me a sausage mcmuffun , even though the special tag that was stuck to the wrapper says steak, they got it wrong. The best part was I was Charged for steak. they need to train better.“

“Warning: Although the manager isn’t friendly and rude the staff does not merit a bad review. Instead I just stopped coming here and I went to the other chicken place.

Sure the $6 meal is back and it’s delicious, it is not worth it if they forget to pack the fries or a side dish. That’s what happened to me and since I was stopping by there daily or every other day I did not care.

The next time I went I asked for Jose who is the one who helped me most of the week. He wasn’t there. Jasmine was working and she knew I was a regular customer. She did not pack my order, so she asked the manager.

When the manager (short lady with black hair) came to me she questioned me as if I was trying to scam Popeyes. I told her Jose had missed putting my fries and told her I was a regular customer. She agreed to let me have the fries I was owed but it came with an attitude and trying to belittle me.

I encourage you to open your box and make sure to double check your order before you leave. No matter how nice Jose and Jasmin are they only hand you the meal.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the red and white chicken place for $1 less.

I eat Jersey mikes all the time and their quality and customer service is consistently very good.
And they are quite a charitable organization as well
